Welcome to our little slice of paradise, nestled in the heart of Kawartha cottage country. This charming four-season getaway offers a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and modern comforts - all just under two hours from downtown Toronto and a short drive north of Peterborough. The Cottage & Sleeping Arrangements With over 200 feet of lake frontage and a spacious, flat grassy area, our cottage is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to unwind. The home is fully air-conditioned and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with: - 3 cozy bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, and 1 bunk bed - twin over double) - Additional sleeping options: A queen-sized air mattress and a single foam mattress are also available. Entertainment & Connectivity The open-concept kitchen and living area is surrounded by windows, offering stunning lake views and plenty of natural light?perfect for entertaining or just enjoying a quiet moment with a coffee. We also provide the fastest internet/ Wi-Fi in cottage country, powered by Starlink, so you can stay connected (if you choose!). Enjoy Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and Paramount Plus on our smart TV.
For unplugged fun, we have a great collection of board games, books, and puzzles to enjoy during cozy nights in.
Outdoor Living & Lakefront
Step outside and immerse yourself in nature! Our lakeside deck features comfortable outdoor furniture, a BBQ, and a dining table with seating for six. A picnic table is also available near the BBQ area for casual outdoor meals.
The lakefront offers both walk-in and dock access, with a floating dock that gets sun all day long. The water is mostly rock-bottom and crystal clear, making it perfect for swimming, fishing, or simply soaking up the views.
At night, gather around the lakeside fire pit for s'mores, stories, and stargazing - just bring your own firewood!

| This beautiful cottage surpassed all of our expectations! We had a lovely weekend with our kids and their friends enjoying the lake with all the outdoor amenities. Paddled out to the cliffs so the kids could do some cliff jumping. The inside is spotless, decorated beautifully with all amenities. Cooking for 4 teenagers was a breeze. Night fires and s'mores with the beautiful view of the lake was perfect. Had a great game of soccer on the grassy area while my wife fished off the dock. We just loved it. It was exactly what Canadian cottage dreams are made of. Can't wait to rent for a week next year!!!

| Wonderful little piece of paradise on Big Bald Lake! Cottage was clean, well equipped and decorated so nicely! Air conditioning and wifi made our stay even better. Kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, firepit.......lots to do:) Perfect place to relax and unwind. We will definitely return!

| Very nice cottage, beautiful view.
Lots of nice grass areas to sit in shade or sun light.
Water was very warm.
Cottage was air conditioned and worked well.
Nice fire pit and lots of Muskoka chairs to enjoy the fire.
Nice deck with barbecue and table and chair to enjoy outdoor meals

| Beautiful property! Hosts are quick to respond to any concerns or questions. House is well stocked and furniture is comfortable. You'll feel the hum of serenity as you float on big bald lake. Highly recommend!

| Our family had a great time. Lots to do in town and on the lake! We went cliff jumping and swam to the islands on the lake, the water was great. Definitely would rent again.
