Vacation home available for over night stay year round in the scenic village of Colchester, Ontario. Lots of space for guests to enjoy; large front and back decks, kids sandbox with toys, recreation room, laundry amenities, BBQ, fully stocked kitchen, within walking distance to the shores of lake Erie wineries and Colchester Beach & Harbour. Guests have access to garage space amenities (pingpong & fooseball) and yard with fire pit as well. This house is family & pet friendly (up to 7 guests max). THE HOUSE: The house is a 2 story modern open concept layout with 3 bedrooms (4 beds & futon), 2 full bathrooms, a crib setup, fully stocked kitchen, 2 lounge/ living room areas, recreation room, office space, 2 large decks (front & back), children's sandbox with toys, fire pit, 3 smart TVs to allow NETFLIX, YouTube, Disney and other app sign in (you must provide your own sign in). Guests will also have access to the garage with fooseball and ping pong tables, and corn hole boards for outdoor recreational activities. Guests have exclusive access the entire guesthouse, detached garage, and entire property.

If you choose to hop in your car and check out the area you have access to a rich and vibrant area with countless wineries, parks, and places of interest. Unique nearby attractions include Hillman Marsh, Holiday Beach, Point Pelee, Pelee Island, numerous golf courses, forest trails, bike paths, beaches, and numerous Shores of Erie wineries. Colchester has bike paths with wide sidewalks for safe walking and biking throughout the village. The house has a large driveway to accommodate about 4-5 cars, free parking always. May park on side of street or grass if necessary.

| We had a great stay.
The cottage is as advertised: has been extensively updated and includes all amenities. The AC and dishwasher in particular were great to have.
The owner was friendly and responsive to all requests.
I have rented in this area for 10 years, and this was the best cottage we have ever rented.
