2 blocks from downtown shopping and restaurants and 2 blocks from the shores of lake Huron and some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world!
Many festivals all summer long within walking distance.
Weekly rentals only from June till September are from Saturday 4pm checkin to Saturday 11am checkout.
If full weeks aren't rented I will accept minimum 2 night stays for $400/
night during the summer months June 15 till September 15.
Fully stocked kitchen and pantry. Please replace what you use.
Linens available for $25/bed used.
Pet fee $150/week per pet.
Excessive cleaning fee $40/hr if over 4hrs cleaning required.
Security deposit of $800 due upon arrival ($1000 if you bring a pet). Fully refundable if no damage.
