4 bedroom home on a large, landscaped lot in beautiful, historic downtown Goderich. 2 blocks from downtown shopping and restaurants and 2 blocks from the shores of lake Huron and some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world! Many festivals all summer long within walking distance. Rentals are from Saturday 4pm checkin to Saturday 11am checkout. Fully stocked kitchen and pantry. Please replace what you use. Linens available for $25/ bedroom used.
Pet fee $150/week per pet.
Excessive cleaning fee $35/hr if over 4hrs cleaning required.
Security deposit of $500 due upon arrival ($1000 if you bring a pet). Fully refundable if no damage.

| The house is spacious - Great for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The garden is big and gorgeous with a nice clean BBQ.
Huge TV and easy chairs for family movie nights. So close to the square! We had a great week. Chuck was a responsive and accomodating host.

| The house was wonderful, very clean with everything there that we needed. Excellent location, close to downtown and close to the beach. Nice backyard with swings for the kiddos. Would definitely recommend, host was friendly and met us there on first day. No complaints!!!

| A nicely appointed and situated house. We appreciated the space in the house and an enclosed private backyard. The owner was prompt at returning messages both before we moved in and while we were there and was most accommodating. The house is walking distance to the Courthouse square and a path/stairs that go to the beach is just a few blocks away. The street the house is on is a busy one as trucks for the mill pass by here and this is their route. This would only be an issue if you like sitting outside a lot.
