Welcome to Dover's Grand View
This Home is Properly Cleaned and Sanitized to the Highest Standard to ensure the Safety of all Guests. 4 Person occupancy, however, owner is willing to allow up to 6 guests, but additional funds are required for each person per night. $50.00 per night for guest 5 and $50.00 per night for guest 6.
Dover's Grand View Townhome is situated on a quiet street in a Residential, Family, Friendly neighbourhood, overlooking the magnificent Lake Erie. The Grand View Home is a short walk (five mins) to the public marina and a (ten to fifteen mins) walk to the public beach and the downtown where you will find many shops, restaurants, bars and the well-known LightHouse Festival theatre.
This home is the perfect get-a-way for Couples, Families, or Mature Friends looking for relaxation. The Grand View will make you feel as if you are on a yacht looking out at Lake Erie. Enjoy the homes AC, Wireless Internet, Open- Concept Kitchen, Living and Dining Area with Hardwood Floors and a gas fireplace. The large kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances. The Living and Dining Room area has a large TV with comfortable seating overlooking the water. The sliding patio doors lead you to the elevated deck with patio tables and a barbeque.
The upper level has three bedrooms (one queen and two double beds). There are two full baths, a second deck and gas fireplace plus laundry facilities.
The drive-way has room for two vehicles back to back plus adequate street parking.

Dover's Grand View is grand! We were a family of four who wanted to go to Jamaica but could not afford the hefty cost of flight and hotel accommodation in this economic reality. So, in mid August, we drove to this cozy little town that gave us a surprisingly big experience for a week. The townhouse accommodation was spacious, clean and tidy. From the living room and main deck area, I witnessed the most extraordinary illusion of the lake touching the sky. An absolutely glorious vision on a clear sunny day. I liked the personal touch that Sandra included for us. Quite thoughtful! I also liked the view of the lake from the restaurants near the beach. Yes, there is a beach! Dover's Grand View is a lovely place to be alone, to be with a friend or two or to be with family. I give it two thumbs up!

This place was so nice. Great views. The owner was so easy to deal with. Close to downtown, but far enough away so no noise. Very, very quiet street. Great place to stay any time, for 1 night or a week. Will go back.

Spectacular view of Lake Erie. I spent two peaceful evenings being lulled to a restful sleep by the pleasant sounds of nature and lake effects. The condo is spacious, beautiful and located within a short walk to shops, restaurants and the Lighthouse pier. Sandra was a very helpful and accommodating in making my stay very pleasant. I highly recommend Dover's Grand View and look forward to returning.

Wonderful mini-getaway at Dover's Grand View! Spent three nights at this beautiful condo with amazing views right on Lake Erie. The owner Sandra thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The covered deck off the living room allows for a relaxing time enjoying a beverage and the amazing view of the lake and nearby marina. Everything is located within a close walk or a few minute's drive. Would definitely recommend and make it our first choice for a future getaway. Thank you, Sandra!
