Gorgeous, newly built cottage located on a private lot in Sauble Beach, 4-minute walk from the public beach and shopping on Main Street. The cottage is a spacious 1600 sq. ft. and includes: 4 bedrooms (the first three bedrooms each have a queen bed, the fourth bedroom has 2 stackable twins plus a twin over twin bunk). A rollaway bed is available for an extra child under 12. Bed linens provided. The living room also has a pull-out futon and 2 of the bedrooms have desk workspaces. Other amenities include: - 2 full bathrooms - Washer and dryer - Full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave - Free WIFI, Bell High Speed Internet - 2 Smart TV's includes Bell Fibe - Large partially covered front deck (40' x16') and back deck (8' x 20') - BBQ with gas hook up - Air conditioning - Firepit - Ping Pong table - Wagon & 4 chairs for your days at the beach Looking to rent to families, weekly Saturday to Saturday with optional 3-night minimum stays in Spring, Fall and Winter. Pet Policy: No pets. New in 2022, the Town of South Bruce Peninsula has introduced a mandatory short-term rental licensing program. The license obtained from the Town permits this cottage to have up to 8 adults (2 per bedroom) or up to 12 people with 2 adults per bedroom and the rest of the guests under the age of 13. The Town will permit no more than 3 persons per bedroom. Also new from the Town of South Bruce Peninsula in 2022 is a mandatory municipal accommodation (MAT) tax of 4% for short-term rentals under 30 days. The breakdown of fees is as follows:

| We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! It's an absolutely beautiful place, very spacious, clean, and has all the amenities we needed. The location of the cottage can't be beat as it's on a quiet street and quite private, but only a 3 minute walk to the main strip and the beautiful beach. Our kids also enjoyed playing ping pong in the basement on rainy days. The backyard is fairly spacious and we were able to set up a volleyball net for some fun games of volleyball. Overall, it's one of the nicest cottages we've stayed in at Sauble Beach and we hope to return.

| Fantastic home away from home to enjoy the beautiful beach, golf and Sauble falls! This cottage has everything you need for a great week so you can arrive with your luggage for a relaxing week! We felt welcome and at home right away with a well appointed kitchen and my kids appreciated the fast wifi! The wagon with beach chairs was a great way to cart our supplies to and from the beach. Everything was within a short walk- beach, dinner on the water and of course the strip! We were traveling with 3 generations and there was lots of space for us to spread out, get sun or shade and play backyard games. Thank you for a great week!!

| We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage and would highly recommend it! The cottage is conveniently located close to the beach and the main strip. There was lots of property and a huge deck for the kids to play on and the fire pit was great. The little welcome gift that was left for us was thoughtful and it was great that a wagon and beach chairs were provided for use. The cottage had lots of space and all the necessities for making meals. The dishwasher was a really nice bonus along with the fire place. We also really loved the outdoor shower. The kids thought it was fun and it made it so much easier to keep the cottage clean. The cottage was clean and the ping pong table was a hit with the kids. We look forward to planning a return visit!

| This was our first stay at Marley Cottage, what a wonderful place! Beautifully decorated and with all the amenities you can think of, it's really a home away from home. Quick walk will get you to the beach or Main Street, while still being in a quiet neighbourhood. We're already looking forward to staying again next year!

| Perfect! Cottage amazing, glad bedding supplied. All amenities especially A/C and laundry. Lots of choice in kitchen supplies. Ping pong a bonus for rainy days. 5 min walk to beach- wagon with chairs huge help.welcome ?pail? a big hit with our grandsons. Our Aussie and Canadian family made a great week of memories here.
