Gently sloping lot, shallow water close to shore. Great for kids. Good swimming and fishing. Paddle-boat, canoe and rowboat included. Located 15 minutes east of Bracebridge, 1 hour 45 minutes from Toronto. Close to Santa's Village, golf courses and shopping. No smoking. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with 7 day minimum.
