This awesome cottage has had a major overhaul in Sept of 2023. All new floors, been pai ted throughout, refurnished and art work. It has views of the lake from the front porch and is a 1 minute walk to Main beach, GTs and many other great restaurants and shopping that Port Stanley has to offer. This property is fully furnished with everything you need, from cutlery, bedding, towels, appliances and even a keurig. Bring your clothes and move in. Generous living room, a large Den 3 bedrooms (one queen, 1 double, and bunk beds), 1 full bathroom, eat in kitchen and laundry. Central air, fully winterized and gas furnace. There is a private driveway for one vehicle and passes may be available for year round parking from Central Elgin. Weekly rentals Only in July and August. 4 weeks booked already for $2100 weekly including the cleaning fees. Off season rentals are $2400 monthly inclusive. Pets are allowed with approval in advance. | The cottage is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a large dining room table, a small “reading” room with a couch plus the living room with a smart TV, and a kitchen with everything one needs. It's a short walk to the downtown core. Across the street from a pub that has outdoor live music nearly every night. 5 minutes from the gorgeous beach where there are lifeguards. We loved sitting out front every morning watching the beach area come alive. Port Stanley is a cute town worth staying at.

| Love this cottage!!! Close to the beach, close to the pub for music. Beautiful cottage, they provide everything for your use except food. Very cozy and homey. I will be returning year after year!!!

| Cute cottage, very close walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
The cottage has a homey feel and a nice sitting area out back to enjoy a few drinks.
