Starboard on Loon

Starboard on Loon is located on beautiful Charleston Lake. Famous for its crystal clear water, and abundant fishing. The lake has over 100 miles of shoreline with over 200 islands this large deep clean lake is the perfect place to spend a much needed holiday. Our cottage is south east facing providing the most spectacular sunrises, with afternoon shade for hot summer days. Excellent swimming from the dock out front there is also a large shoal perfect for wading in! Water shoes are recommended as the lake does have zebra mussels.

The cottage is located on beautiful Loon Bay, close to the village of Charleston where there are 2 marina's, 2 boat launches, boat and kayak rentals and a lovely little general store where you can purchase locally handcrafted souvenirs.

This 3 bedroom, 1 bath 4 season cottage just undertook an extensive renovation with comfort in mind. A well stocked kitchen will make your vacation more enjoyable. A Water cooler is available for those who wish to bring your own water jug. For added comfort, the cottage is equipped with air conditioning as well each room has a ceiling fan. The cottage includes a BBQ with supplied propane, large deck for evening dinner or afternoon cocktails ,fire pit & more!

Lots of local attractions including walking trails in Charleston Lake Provincial Park and Rock Dunder.

As much as we love animals, keeping all guests in mind the Starboard on Loon does NOT welcome pets.
