Large family home available for weekly Friday to Friday rentals from end of June to beginning of September and 2 night minimum stay in the off season. Located within 5 minute drive / 25 minute walk or 7 minute bike ride to the mid area of the world renowned Sauble Beach, where there is more room to spread out with loved ones and friends for those long lazy days of summer. The vibrant and eclectic centre of this beach town is a healthy 30 minute walk, great for working off the wonderful meals and treats available in town. Great restaurant and treat options in town, whether you are looking for grab and go and hit the beach, or a leisurely meal. Alluring Sauble Falls is a 5 minute drive, or a great 1 hour hike which can be accessed mostly through an easy forest trail. Famous Tobermory with its Grotto and boat tours is a pleasant 1 hour drive through wonderful countryside. Under 30 minutes to Owen Sound or trendy Port Elgin and Southampton for upscale dining and shopping. Great ATV trails.
Property is located in a mix of full time residents and cottagers with wide lots and plenty of privacy to spread out. Beautiful back and front yards, with lots of mature maple trees. Fire pit and seating. Property offers lots of shade as well as sunny spots. We ask you to have a great time while being respectful to neighbours.
Modern home, with open kitchen and living area upstairs, opening up to a large 2 tiered deck where you will find a family sized BBQ to enjoy grillin? your meals on. 3 large bedrooms and 2 newly renovated full baths on this level, one being attached to the master bedroom.
Downstairs is like a private suite itself, with full kitchen, very large bedroom and open living room, along with another full bathroom. This area is great for extended family or a teen retreat.
Home is equipped with all the conveniences needed for a relaxing stay including linens and bath towels during summer week. To be arranged in off season.
Fibre Optic high speed internet and 2 smart tvs to stream your favourites on.
Dogs are welcome with a $50 cleaning fee per dog, for the first 2 dogs.
There is a gas fireplace on each level for fall, winter and spring rentals. The area is paradise for outdoor adventure lovers in the winter. Snowmobiling trails just down the street, snowshoe and walking trails nearby as well as 2 great cross country ski clubs.
Check out some of the great things and events in the area. Lots of live music happening at local estauants thought the summer season. Classic car shows every Tuesday.

| From the time we drove up the driveway, we knew this house was perfect for us! We had 7 adults and 1 baby and had ample room! The house was well laid out. 3 large bedrooms in the main level and 1 bedroom in the 2nd level. The kitchen was so large with a beautiful big island in the middle. There was another large kitchen and sitting area on the 2nd level, which was perfect for the older kids to hang out when the adults went to bed!
We loved the porch out front for coffee in the morning and hanging out! Large enough for all of us to fit and watch people walk by walking their dogs! The back porch had ample room with a beautiful big deck for all of us. Nice patio table and BBQ for our house. The firepit had room for all of us to spread out and enjoy a nice fire and smores! The beds were so comfortable, as well as the patio chairs and couch on the porches!
Ewa was quick to respond to our texts and was so kind !
We even had fireworks Sunday night.
Town was only 4 minutes away for anything we forgot!
Thank you so much for your hospitality and meeting our needs of such a large family!
We will definitely be back!

| We had a amazing stay. It was clean and well kept. Everything that we needed was stocked. Our host, Ewa, was very responsive, from the time we were inquiring until the end of our stay. Overall very nice cottage and would definitely rent from Ewa again, already looking forward to next year.

| We had a great stay at this beautiful cottage. Our family really enjoyed the large deck out back and lots of room in the backyard to enjoy. Very spacious with lots of amenities, and any questions we had received a quick response from the owner. It is only a 5 minute drive to the beach or downtown. Made wonderful family memories and we would love to enjoy again next year.

| Our family of 12 (3 generations) stayed for a week and a half, and loved it. There was plenty of room for us all, and having a decently sized lot was also great as the kids enjoyed playing outside. The water supply is great - we never ran out of hot water in our entire visit, and having two full kitchens was perfect for preparing big meals.
Ewa was very accommodating for us, and stayed in touch whenever we had a question.
The neighbourhood was very quiet, and perfect for morning walks.
We highly recommend this place if you're wanting to be near Sauble Beach.

| Such an amazing experience staying here. Our family had a great time. Everything was updated and kept very clean. The living room has enough space for everyone to sit and watch a movie together, or have a meal at the island. We have stayed at a number of cottages but this stay has definetly been #1 in our books. I can't wait to book it again!
