**This cottage rents three nights minimum September to May Maximum occupancy 12. (Max.8 adults- situationally assessed) Relax and enjoy your holiday in our newly built, Muskoka lakeside cottage. This spacious 4,200 sq ft, open concept cottage provides plenty of room to relax and play. This cottage consists of 6 bedrooms to accommodate up to 12 people, large eat-in area, great room with fireplace, games areas, entertainment area, onsite laundry, outside sitting areas. Enjoy kayaking, canoeing or boating or swimming from the dock. Or enjoy nature in one of the multiple outside seating areas including: outdoor eating area, sitting area (off main floor master bedroom), or sit along the 60ft front deck overlooking the lake. Have campfires and s'mores (conditions permitting), with your group down in the fire-pit area or have a seat while you watch the little ones play in the outdoor play area. Looking to be inside? Enjoy a meal at the generously seated kitchen table, large enough for the entire group. Relax in the great room with fireplace, overlooking the lake. Play in the games areas with pool table, foosball or shuffleboard. Not up for playing games? Relax in the lower level entertainment area by the second fireplace and watch Netflix. Want to spend the day out with your group, spend a day shopping and dining in beautiful, close by Huntsville, Port Carling or Bracebridge or Rosseau. Direct lake access with public boat launch just a few minutes away.

| We as a family of 12 spend a week at the cottage. Wonderful memories were made. The cottage is well appointed with all the amenities . The kids loved the downstairs with the pool table etc. Lots of fun jumping off the dock , fishing and campfires.
Candias was very accommodating and always ready to answer any questions.

The cottage is extremely spacious, immaculately clean and fully equipped right down to the perfect games room for fun times with family and friends. The lake view is a dream.
