Welcome to this gorgeous, newly renovated, 2,300 sq. ft. of living space, 4 bed, 2 bath on Whitestone Lake with a separate Bunkie, Sauna, Great Lake views, Walk in Sandy Beach, and Large Dock * Sleeps 8 * 2025 CALENDAR NOW AVAILABLE. Rentals are Sat to Sat in July and Fri - Fri in Aug. and a couple of 6 day weeks available 2024 OFF SEASON - 1/ 2 price and minimum 3 might rental!
On Whitestone Lake, a 2.5 hr drive north of Toronto, in Dunchurch just off Hwy 124 and 30 minutes northeast of Parry Sound.
COTTAGE:
The cottage has been FULLY renovated and modernized, including kitchen, bathrooms, and all decks. Glass patio doors and windows allow wonderful views of the lake, beach, dock, sauna, outdoor shower and fire pit.
Living/Kitchen Area:
Large open concept Living Room and Kitchen with full glass wall of patio doors facing the lake views! Beautiful Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring, White Shiplap walls, Large L-shaped leather couch, large dining table/chairs and live edge bench seating with rustic cottage accents.
Kitchen: Large with tons of storage, stainless appliances, dishwasher, Gas stove/oven, large eat up island with 4 stools, fully outfitted with new dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, drip coffee maker, kettle, bakeware, kitchen utensils, many small appliances and everything you need to prepare full meals.
Bathroom: Fully renovated with full sized shower with tile walls, sliding glass doors, toilet, sink and lots of storage.

Sun Room:
There is a large, bright sun room at the rear of the cottage that overlooks the back yard, forest and a view of the bunkie. This is a great spot to play cards and games with a couch and chairs to watch BELL TV or one of the many DVD movies! There is a good assortment of movies, cards, puzzles and games to keep everyone busy!
BUNKIE:
Large renovated Bunkie with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette dining area and 2 pc flush Bathroom with running water. Large living area with new leather couch, fireplace, and a large deck with great views of the lake and property. It's a great private spot for families to have two separate living areas, which gives everyone lots of room and privacy.

ABOUT THE LAKE
WHITESONE LAKE is a beautiful, clean, long, large lake (1,725 acres), with over a 40 mile permitter around the lake and an average depth of 45'. Great Lake for swimming skiing, cruising and fishing! It even has a great diving rock with swing rope!
We are located on LOST BAY, which is a large bay off the main part of the lake with just a few cottages and a very large inner bay. Our bay is large enough to ski, swim, and has a free boat launch 3 doors down from our cottage.
OUR WATERFRONT
Our waterfront is over 150', with a portion of that with a sandy walk in beach, which is perfect for little ones. We have 2 large joined docks with an easy step ladder into the water, and lots of space to enjoy the waterfront on the Muskoka chairs on the dock. There is a Pontoon Boat on the dock which we use for a great shady seating area (boat not available for use). There is also room to tie up other boats, and a free boat launch 3 doors from our cottage. Corn Hole Game, and other outdoor games provided.

SAUNA
Large real wood cedar sauna, just steps from the beach with a change room across from the fire pit, cooking accessories, beach toys, noodles etc. Great shady deck on the front of the sauna with great views of the sandy beach, dock and the bay. Bring your own wood.
OUTDOOR SHOWER
Great outdoor, private shower, is located just beside the cottage and sauna and steps to the beach!
FIREPIT
There is a fire pit area with terrific views of the lake and the stars at night! Bring your own wood. Can also be purchased locally.

| Beautiful cottage on a quite lake our family had a great week weather wise cottage is well stocked with most everything you would need for your stay. Water toys for the kids on the little beach area kept the grandkids busy. Nancy was a good host and answered any questions we had before we arrived. Thanks again for a fantastic week of vacation

| We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. It was very comfortable from the big muskoka chairs on the dock, to the cushioned patio furniture to the big couch inside and the king sized bed. Great swimming off the dock or little beach and plenty of space with sun or shade all day. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We'll be returning for sure!

| The cottage and bunkie were absolutely perfect for our group - 6 adults, 3 children (4 & under), and 2 dogs. The cottage was big enough to accommodate all of us for cooking/eating and playing games. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The large deck with covered space and comfortable seating for relaxing on hot afternoons made the space perfect for us. The deck also has a BBQ and a big outdoor table where we ate most of our meals (we were fortunate enough to have beautiful weather the whole week). The kids loved the beach area and spent a good chunk of their day building sand castles and playing in the water, which was shallow and warm. The dock was large enough for all of us to hang out on (morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails), and the pontoon boat gave us some shade when needed. The bay the cottage is on is beautiful and peaceful. Part of the lawn area was flat enough to set up a badminton net and croquet, which the adults took full advantage of. This cottage was wonderful, and our family had an amazing week together!
