| There's not many places as stunning and well cared for as this gem. Best hosting experience by far! The location is quiet and peaceful. This is the spot to come and enjoy the tranquil beauty of nature but with luxurious amenities. I wish I could give this property and our host 10 stars on this scale! Highly recommend. We will certainly be returning. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

| We had a wonderful stay at the H2H Bitter Lake cottage! Laura is an exceptional host. She goes above and beyond! You can truly tell how much she cares about her guests. The cottage is beautiful and so is the view. It's very clean and very nicely decorated. You can tell how much thought has been put into each room...and outside areas too. We loved the welcome sign, smore kit and candle upon arrival. So thoughtful. The kitchen is very well stocked and organized. Great coffee station too. Main rooms are very comfortable. Loved the big chairs in the tv room! The master bedroom with ensuite is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. The fire pit area at night is very pretty with the lights. It's nice they were on a timer too. The decks and dock were great and easy to access. They blend in so nicely with nature. Hoping to return with our family next year too! Thanks again for everything Laura!

| A wonderful spot with a wonderful welcome. Our family loved this cottage from the small personal touches to the fresh clean waters of Bitter Lake. The water was a lovely walk down to a good dock with muskoka chairs and an umbrella. The paddleboards were used each day for a paddle down the lake from early morning to sunset. The kitchen had all you could need with a view out to lake as you prepared. We enjoyed the board games and the large cozy chairs by the TV most evenings. Beautiful master with a new ensuite. We felt very comfortable at Bitter Lake and enjoyed our stay. We would return.

| We had another amazing vacation at H2H Bitter Lake. Time stood still while we relaxed and regenerated. We swam in the beautiful clean lake every day and explored beyond the dock with the kayaks. We also enjoyed the area beyond the cottage, going to the wolf centre, hiking the amazing trails of Haliburton Forest, going into Haliburton to check out their farmer's market and also found a really cool bookstore where the kids loaded up on new and classic books. It also wouldn't be a vacation in the area without stopping by Abbey Gardens which we did multiple times and this year we tried the disc golf which was a lot of fun. We also stopped in at the Kennisis Lake Marina for coffee and pastries which has a beautiful deck that overlooks the lake. Our host Laura was incredible too, so attentive and responsive, not to mention the thoughtfulness she has put into her cottage, which has everything, so you can just focus on relaxing and vacationing. The cottage has more than enough space to accommodate my family of 4 with 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while outside there is a fire pit with Muskoka chairs (perfect for roasting marshmallows), a dining space on the back deck, a look out with lounger chairs and dock with Muskoka chairs and an umbrella. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee/tea. There is no place I would rather spend time with my family than at H2H Bitter Lake. We look forward to returning next year. :) Thank you Laura!

| Laura was an exceptional host. Her response to our needs were immediate. The cottage was beautiful, spotless and had every amenity you would need. The fire pit in the evening with the lights, was stunning to see and the stairs at night, were clear and bright. Thanks again Laura for everything you did to make our family vacation so special.
