The main floor is an open concept living space, with tall 14-foot vaulted ceilings and large bay windows allowing generous amounts of natural sunlight with a sectional sofa, coffee table and armchair. A 65" Smart TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, etc. The main bathroom features a shower/tub combination, with toilet, sink and large vanity. A washer and dryer are located in the main floor closet, available for guest use.

The dining room has a beautiful wooden table with seating for 6-8. The dining room gives access to the 10 x 10 deck through sliding glass doors that overlook the river front and the deck is equipped with patio furniture and a barbeque. Across from the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and includes an island with three stools and large pantry.

The spacious family room downstairs offers a sectional couch, Smart TV, BluRay DVD player, Nintendo Wii console as well as the traditional collection of board games, DVDs and puzzles for those rainy days. This walkout level is completed with a three-piece bathroom, desk and mini fridge so guests do not have to go upstairs for refills.

On long summer nights or rainy days, the garage has been outfitted as a games room, including foosball, air hockey, ping pong, darts, a table and chairs with seating for seven, providing the perfect spot for board games or cards.

The village of Burks Falls is a short 10-minute drive away where there is a small grocery store, restaurants, Tim's, LCBO, gas station and the Riverbowl bowling alley. A 10-minute drive west, in the opposite direction, takes you to the small hamlet of Magnetawan. Other local attractions include Arrowhead Provincial Park (30 minutes), Screaming Heads Sculptures, Heritage Place and Lions Lookout in Huntsville and many other natural hiking trails, waterfalls, etc.

**High Speed WiFi is included. It is limited to 50 Gigabytes per week, enough for guests to use moderately for casual streaming.

**Check-in: after 4:00pm and Check-out: before 10:00am

**Vacationer supplies their own linens: Sheets and pillowcases + Inside towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. Please inquire about other arrangements.

**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.

**Adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.
