We are proud of our unique place reside on the prestigious pigeon lake. It is 2 hrs east of Toronto. We have 200 ft waterfront, over one acre property for your party to enjoy. Next to vacant land which provide ultimate quietness for a perfect vacation. The unique design of our resort provide you separate sleeping quarters that your party can enjoy their privacy at night while having fun together during the day. Parents can have a early good night sleep in the cabin while your adult children stay late with friends or siblings have fun chatting or playing games in the loft freely not waking up their parents. Good internet and TV has WIFI capability Good swimming and fishing off the dock. Full kitchen with new fridge, BBQ , fire pit with complimentary free firewood, Free boat docking, Bedding and towels are included in the rental. Check-in: Sunday 3pm Check-out: Sunday 10am. This vacation compound contains 2 cottage buildings which is perfect for family / friend gathering but still have some privacy for individual.
The cabin contains 2 bedrooms, One has queen size bed and the other one has 2 single beds, sitting/ dining area, kitchen, 3 pieces (shower) bathroom. Car can be parked outside the cabin and no stairs to climb. The kitchen is well-equipped with new fridge/freezer, a bar fridge, no dishwasher.
The loft has a queen bed and a queen size futon. It can sleep up to 4 people maximum; it also has a pantry with mini fridge. You can watch your own TV comfortably from your bed; toilet and sink are there for your convenience.
There is also a 100 sq ft outhouse 3 pieces (shower) bathroom; it also has a washing machine free to use.
Outdoor amenities include: promenade front deck, two big docks, outdoor furniture; four-seater paddle boat. fishing boat (regular size life jackets for free to use for kids and adults), bicycles, etc. Big parking area in front of the cabin. Bedding and towels are included in the rental.
Pets are welcome to our property. Pets are free to play in the water or have fun on our lawn as long as the owners clean up any waste after these lovely animals.
Lots of shade from trees around the property. Sit under the shade and enjoy west wind breeze coming from the lake prefer for an afternoon nap.
Free boat launch is 10 minutes from the cottage.
There is a marina nearby will provide boat, jet ski rental including delivery.
We also provide pontoon boat rental with captain for your leisure lake tour; fishing boat with outboard motor is available for rental as well.

| We had a delightful stay at Mike's Cottage over the long weekend. The charming, cozy atmosphere and thoughtful decor made us feel right at home. The cottage was beautifully maintained, with top-notch amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable bedrooms ensured restful nights, and the stunning lake view provided a serene setting for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The location was perfect, offering tranquillity and convenience. Mike was a fantastic host, always responsive and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend Mike's Cottage and can't wait to return!

| This is truly a paradise on earth. We loved this cottage, especially the huge dock. In the morning, we sat on the dock and had coffee while enjoying the quietness and the bliss from the lake. During the day, we swam around the dock, no weed and no big wave. We also found the dock the best place for sun bath or mid-afternoon snooze. In the evening, watching gorgeous sunset with booze on hand. We all agreed the sunset here is better than lots of places around the world. STUNNING!!!!
Star gazing is another bonus. Since there are practically no neighbours around and the surrounding was so dark, stars blinking all over the sky and occasionally some shooting stars flying through. LOVELY!!!

| Mike and Mozy were wonderful host who were very attentive if we needed anything. The property it self is very beautiful. While the owners live on the property, you still feel separate and private. There are two units included, the main cottage which was very clean with lovely views of the water. The second unit is a bedroom above the boathouse, which is very spacious. We loved the dock and large waterfront, with amazing views of the sunsets. During the evening, the stars shine brightly.
I actually forgot my iPad at the cottage and Mike and Mozy found it and went out of their way to meet in Toronto to drop it off, so nice of them.
I highly recommend these cottages for those who want a tranquil and peaceful cottage trip.

| I am so impressed with this place. It's very private and quiet. Beautiful Sunset. I had a good rest after a minor stroke and stayed in the hospital for weeks. The hosts were very kind and never interrupted my quietness except sending me a home baked bread which was delicious. Thank you, Mike and Mosey

| Our family had a wonderful time staying at this paradise on earth for the Victoria Day long weekend. The place was spectacular, very clean and cozy, easy access but very private. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck while listening to bird singing. We also enjoyed our family talk around the fire pit watching sunset. During the day, we swam by the dock, paddle boarding along the islands. Water was clear and calm. Not much boat traffic on the lake made it specially enjoyable. Our dog liked to watch little fish swimming around the dock. Occasionally, he wanted to catch some, of course, no luck. We are glad that we picked this place but we found we need more time to enjoy this place . The whole family voted to come back for at least a week next time. Thank you Mike for your excellent place and hospitality.
