Family friendly and Cozy Cottage on Beautiful Eagle Lake. 3 Bedrooms, 1 full bath and a powder room. Large bright living dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Steps to the water you will enjoy the beautiful sunrise, sandy beach, fire pit and large dock.
Paddle Board and life jackets available.
The cottage is located approximately 10 km (20 minutes) west of South River, 40 minute drive north of Huntsville and 40 minutes south of North Bay and approximately 3 hours north of Toronto. The nearby towns of Sundridge and South River have all the necessities (Foodland, Freshmart, gas stations, Beer Store, LCBO, Home Hardware, and various restaurants).
Various golf courses in the area. Eagle Lake Golf course is approximatley a 10 minute drive. Hiking trails, Forgotten Trails bike path, snowmobile trails, snowshoe trails and X-country trails.
Copperhead Distillery is located in Sundridge and in South River is the South River Brewery which is a local craft brewery with a gift store and small tasting room.
The Narrows Country store has somethng for everyone and is roughly 3.5 kilometres from the cottage.
We supply a full propane gas tank for the BBQ and one basket of wood for your first campfire. More can be purchased from us.
*** FOR SNOWMOBILES*** The NN430 is directly out from the Cottage which intersects with the C105D at the South end of the lake. Plenty of room to park your snowmobile trailer and machines.
