This home is professionally cleaned and prepared before & after each guest.

GUEST ACCESS:

You will have access to the entire cottage including private saltwater pool, private multi-sport tennis and basketball court. Driveway with space for RV. The ATV is not for guest-use.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Pool use is at your own risk. Upon booking, we will send you a waiver for pool-use, we kindly ask you to agree and sign. Maximum temperature is 28 degrees.

Please bring your own:
- Towels for pool or bath (bedding provided)
- Coffee & Tea (coffee maker and tea kettle provided)
- Insect Repellant

- Well System: Like many homes in the area, our cottage runs on a well system. Running the dishwasher or washing machine at the same time may diminish water supply. Please time showers accordingly. Please kindly conserve water usage.

- Wifi & cell phone access are available although signals are not strong. Wifi is slow by city standards. It can be sufficient to watch a single stream like YouTube or Netflix but we cannot guarantee it. We encourage our guests to relax and unwind. Our home is a real disconnect while taking in nature at its best. After all, you are at the cottage!

- No AC but there is radiant in-floor heating and cooling system which helps keep the home comfortable in summer and winter.

- Our property manager may drop by for seasonal maintenance, mow the lawn, landscape or other. He may come during your stay. You do not need to be home and he will not come inside. However if you have any questions about the home, feel free to ask him!
