BOOKING FOR 2023 Whether you want to simply relax and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine or take advantage of the amenities in our beautiful, little corner of the world, you will love our family oriented Retreat at 14 Old Hill, Turkey Point. We offer year round living. We are minutes from the beach, restaurants, ice cream outings, hiking/ biking trails and seadoo/boat rentals. Turkey Point offers a small grocery store, LCBO and marina.
Our bright and open, heat & air conditioned, bungalow is 1225 sq ft and will accommodate 8 people, has 3 bedrooms and 4 piece bath. The large kitchen, is fully equipped with everything you will need. Cottage has a Smart TV with High speed internet.
You will enjoy the back yard space, which includes patio, outdoor dining, BBQ (with propane) and fire pit. After an awesome day at the beach, you can use outside shower (has hot and cold water) take advantage of showering under the stars.
Cottage rentals are weekly, from Friday to Friday during July and August.
Weekends and weekdays available during May, June and Sept.
Also available for rent full time from October to May
Check in time is 4PM and check out is 11AM
THINGS to BRING:
Bedding - sheets, blankets and pillows (2 Queen beds, 1 single over double bunk beds, double futon)
Towels - for bath and beach
Bathroom - toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc)
FOLLOWING is included:
Kitchen - Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, dish cloths, tea towels, dish soap and some cleaning supplies.
We will provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags.
Bag of beach toys.
Maximum parking for 4 vehicles and Electric Vehicle plug in is available.
Rental Agreement is required to be signed, upon booking.

| We had a great week,plenty of space,but yet very cozy.The outdoor shower was awesome,with hot and cold water.The rooms were very clean,and comfortable.Everything you needed was available,and a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to rent,the owners were very accompanying to make sure youtmr holiday is the best

| We just spent a fantastic week at this perfect cottage. It is very well maintained & equipped with anything you may need for cooking & entertaining.
Many fires & S'mores were enjoyed by the camp fires. Great backyard & proximity to the beach, restaurants & wineries in the area.
Highly recommended & hope to enjoy the cottage again.
Penny was an amazing host & the cottage shows her true love of it.

| We spent a week at this lovely, homey and spacious cottage. We found the cottage very clean and well equipped. The kitchen seemed to have everything one might need?even measuring spoons and cups. The cottage is bright with lots of windows!
The air conditioning was welcomed after hours at the nearby beach. There are also ceiling fans in living room, dining area and kitchen. The outdoor shower was a hit with our grandchildren. The back yard is very private with a lovely brick patio. Great BBQ. Dining out is a treat on the large table with a large umbrella and comfortable chairs. Evenings were spent by the great fire pit. Lots to do in the area from theatre to wine tours.

| As another group of four old friends also seeking a weekend respite and endless charcuterie, it's hard to improve upon Maureen's recent review below. This gem of a place was spotless, spacious, bright and so comfortable. Even with a mixed bag of weather, us 'Glendale Girls' hated to leave and are already thinking about when we can come again, hopefully for a few days longer. We enjoyed the owner's recommendations of places to visit in the area including Sandbar on the Beach, Burning Kiln Winery and The Barntique. And our last day served up perfect beach weather. Heartfelt thanks from all of us for a wonderful stay!

| Welcome Home!
That's the feeling you get when you pull up to this lovely cottage.
From the landscaping to the large driveway,
Open the front door and you see an entry with ample closet space for coats and shoes.
The open concept living/dining area and all the windows make it a bright and airy space.
Amazingly large kitchen, with everything you need to prep your meals. All of it spotless upon arrival.
Three bedrooms which are all large enough to spread out in. A bathroom with tub and shower..and loads of storage!!
The back yard is fantastic. The interlock two tier patio, lawn and fire pit made us feel like we were in our own private haven.
With four ladies running away from home for an extended weekend, we were more than comfortable. And with the pullout futon, (which was very comfortable), we all had our own sleeping space.
The beach is a stone's throw away and there are some great little places to dine minutes away, either by foot or car,
Our hosts were extremely pleasant to deal with and responded to any questions we had almost immediately.
Our little group. fondly known as the Charcuterie Chicks, had an incredible 5 days, and hope to make a return visit in the future.
Highly recommended by all of us.
