Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an outdoor sauna, this serene property offers a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sleeps up to 10 (max 8 adults). Fully winterized, year-round availability. Excellent location for access to many snowmobile trails. Access/ road is fully maintained in the winter.
Enjoy the beautifully landscaped lot that leads down to the private shoreline and beach. Entry into the water is very gradual/shallow and sandy - perfect for kids to splash around in! Enjoy various water activities (kayaks, canoe, SUPs) or simply relax on the dock. The outdoor BBQ area with table and chairs allows your family to enjoy meals in the fresh air. As the sun begins to set, find yourself comfortably seated in a muskoka chair around the large fire pit, telling stories and counting stars!
The main level boasts floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. The open concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, generously sized island with sink and dishwasher. The dining area can accommodate up to 10 around a large harvest table. Enjoy lounging around the fireplace in the living room or venture into the seasonal Muskoka Room, offering panoramic views of Buck Lake through the screened-in windows.
The upper level features a loft-style family room, with comfortable seating and an array of board games.

| Our stay at the Selena Lakehouse on Buck Lake was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful, absolutely stunning. Furnishings in the living room are really pretty, high-end and very comfortable. There is a huge dining table that we all ate at every night, making our time with the family that much more memorable. We all noted the laser- focus attention to detail in every room. Everything is taken care of and clean! We didn't have to worry about a thing. The kitchen is completely set up for gourmet meals or bbq hamburgers on the grill outside. Anything you may need is there. A Vitamix for smoothies, coffee makers, toasters all very high end. A big modern fridge and stove made meals so easy. The size of the kitchen made it easy to have many chefs in the kitchen at once. The bedrooms are big, beds are very comfortable and space is very roomy. The towels and beach towels were like brand new and plenty. Everything was five stars cleanliness too. The grounds are really beautifully maintained and they have a sauna which I used every night. It was such a pleasant experience. The waterfront was perfect for my grandchildren, aged six and three. Lots of water toys for the adults too. They had so much fun in the water and on the beach. It's hard to find that in a cottage,,a swimming area for children and adults that is so well-maintained. We had 8 adults and two kids and all left with amazing memories at Selena Lakehouse. Thanks Anna and Mikal for an incredible week with my family.

| Fantastic cottage for multiple families. We went with our family and our friends family. Everything was as described, clean, and everyone had there own area if need. Beach and dock were great with all kinds of activities provided with the onsite outdoor gear. Would highly recommend.

| An absolutely exquisite property! Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and offering a truly stunning view. The kitchen was very well stocked, making it easy to settle in and fully enjoy the space. The house was super comfortable, cozy, and warm — perfect for a winter getaway.
The day before our trip, there was an unexpected issue with the boiler/heating, but Anna, our host, handled it exceptionally well. She communicated promptly and professionally , clearly explained the issue and timing of the fix, and provided thoughtful options for our stay. I greatly appreciated her transparency and how quickly everything was resolved. Anna was able to shift our vacation dates so we didn't lose a day, which worked out seamlessly.
Overall, it was an easy, relaxing, and luxurious vacation experience, and we would absolutely look forward to returning in the future.

| Selena delighted us with a wonderful week together with family.
This rental offers upscale furnishings and is well equipped for your every need. Bring your personal items and everything else is supplied.
Water sports are no problem at Selena, kayaks, wakeboards and a canoe are at your disposal. Love the beach area but my favourite place was relaxing in the sunroom with our morning coffee.
Quiet and relaxing location. Hope to return in 2026.

| Me and my husband rented Selena Lake House this past weekend. It was everything we hoped for a more. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our micro wedding. Our family and friends were delighted by the venue and everything it had to offer. The kids loved all the fun water adventures on the lake, and took advantage of all the games both outdoors and indoors that the hosts supplied us with. The bedrooms were all the perfect size for all of our guest to feel comfortable. It was the most magical weekend.
Thank you Anna & Mike for hosting us. We will definitely be returning next year for our anniversary.
