| We booked last minute due to other schedules, for a month's stay. Artak was prompt when he saw my email and we arrived at the property the next evening. The house is large and very accommodating, equipped with everything that you would need and private and safe with security cameras and sensor lights on the grounds outside. The deer come out early in the morning, they keep their distance. Then the doe decided to introduce her 2 fawns one morning, and they felt safe coming out for the rest of the month! Peace and relaxation and tranquil, private environment, highly recommended. By the way, the internet is the fastest in rural Canada!

| Amazing host, great cottage with grocery stores nearby. Nice heating, and it was a big plus to have the extra board games and the washing machine/dryer.

| We were so thankful to have such a spacious and comfortable cottage for our week away - it rained everyday. We played almost all the games provided and sat on the covered back porch to play cards and just hang out. We did get a change to roast marshmellows and hotdogs at the pit! The beds are super comfy and kids were excited to pick rooms on different levels! The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining table was large enough to seat lots!!! Loved the cottage and would not hesitate to go back! Thank you, Artak for your timely responses to our e-mails.

| We thoroughly enjoyed vacationing at this cottage. The cottage is very spacious & clean. The beds were very comfortable. The WiFi is very good. Artak, the owner was very attentive & easy to reach. The location in Bancroft is very nice, we did a lot of day trips to town & surrounding areas. We went to Egan Chute Prov. park & also Eagles Nest Lookout point which had good hiking trails and amazing views. We were blessed with perfect weather on our vacation. Overall our experience at this cottage was amazing.
