NEW HOT TUB! Perfect family 4 season lakefront cottage. All the amenities of home with all the charm you could want in a cottage. The interior is very cozy for winter stays and chilly evenings all year around. Skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, snowmobiling nearby. 20 minutes to Hidden Valley Ski Resort and Arrowhead Skating Park. This private property is located on Tooke Lake, where your peace will not be interrupted by motorized watercraft. Relax on the sunny dock and enjoy the 159 feet of shoreline with a safe, sandy, shallow entry for the kids and deep, crystal clear waters at the end of the dock for the adults. Swim, kayak, paddle board and pedal boat in the all-day sunshine and enjoy the firepit at night. Excellent fishing right off the dock! The spacious living-dining room is the focal point of the cottage, perfect for family gatherings with its large dining table overlooking the lake, two couches and wood-burning stone fireplace. The flat-screen TV has been set up with Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+ and Disney+ and there are plenty of board games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy. The cottage also has wifi and an office area with a desk and a monitor you can connect to your laptop. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need - including a dishwasher and an island - and then some! And just outside the cottage door are a brand new 8-person hot tub and a brand-new, large outdoor BBQ both of which are accessible all year and are steps away from the outdoor dining table. Also just outside the kitchen is the seating area with a brand new 3-seater couch, 2 armchairs, 2 ottomans and a coffee table, as well as a bench and several Muskoka chairs for overflow. From here you can enjoy a beverage with a direct sight-line to the dock.
There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor - one with a Queen bed and the other with 4 twin beds. Also on the main floor is the 3-piece bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs you will find a 2-piece bathroom and two additional bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and another flat-screen TV, and the other with 1 twin bed and a daybed that folds out to a Queen. All linens and towels are provided.
Outdoor toys include the hot tub, 3 kayaks, a stand up paddleboard, a pedal boat, a water mat, a 4-person floating tube and life jackets in various sizes.
We are a 6-minute drive to Baysville and about 25 minutes from Huntsville, Bracebridge and Dwight. We have prepared a guide book for all renters.

| I highly recommend this beautiful cottage for a cozy winter weekend. Our family had a great time.
Kitchen was big and had everything we needed. Bathrooms clean , warm water always available. Bedrooms well decorated, spacious, beds were comfy. Great views from every window. The lake was gorgeous, hot tub was lovely, Internet worked perfectly.
Not far from Bracebridge , very convenient and quiet place.

| The cottage was cozy, well-equipped for us, two families with small kids. Life jackets, towels and bedding were a great touch. Having access to Laundry was helpful.
The lake was calm and the shallow, sandy entry was a bonus for the little ones.
We enjoyed the many board games in the evenings and the access to netflix ect was great too.

| We had a wonderful time at Jenn's cottage. It was very peaceful and private. The cottage itself is very cozy for 9 people but is very well stocked. It was very clean as well. It had everything we needed that made it feel like a home away from home. The hot tub was absolutely perfect on the colder nights. The water is about 5-6 feet right off the dock and was good for fishing. (saw a few 5-6 lb largemouth bass feeding in the water just off the dock). The fire pit was great for the colder nights as well! Jenn is a very responsive host and was very easy to reach. We had no issues whatsover during our stay there and hope to visit again. Would happily recommend to friends and family.

| We really enjoyed our stay at Come From Away! The cottage is comfortable, pretty, relaxed and inviting and the kitchen has every dish and utensil one would ever need.
The peace and quiet of the small but lovely lake surrounded by Jack Pines is our vision of a perfect get-away. We enjoyed the kayaks, pedal boat, paddleboard and lily pad and swam across the lake every day. We spent the entire week in or on the water, played board games and did arts and crafts.
We all miss it already.
