We would love to welcome you to come enjoy our beautiful newly renovated cottage. A destination that has lots to enjoy both at the cottage and the town. The waterfront has a gradual sand entry with clean weed free swimming. The town is 5 minutes by boat and 10 minutes by car and has a boat-up bar with live music and karaoke. Saturday mornings the town boasts a welcoming farmers market with fresh produce and deli from the nearby farms. The kids will love the nearby sand bars and all the trails and off road areas that are ready to explore. And just 20 minutes away you can go white water rafting with Madawaska Rafting, an experience not to be missed. Besides enjoying the sun, swimming and relaxation surrounded by trees, we have the following amenities for your enjoyment: 1. Hot Tub 2. Canoe 3. Kayak 4. Paddle board 6. Trampoline 7. Located in the beautiful Madawaska Valley, the property boasts one of the longest shorelines in the area, with 255 feet of waterfront. The swimming area, with sand bottom and areas of both sun and shade, is suited to all ages. If you own or rent a boat, there are miles of boating and fishing available along the Madawaska River which connects into many bodies of water, including Kamaniskeg Lake and Blackfish Bay.
The 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage has recently been fully renovated and has been converted to a 4-seasons home. Equipped with central air conditioning and heat, it is a beautiful, comfortable space all year-round. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a BBQ located outdoors for your use. The screened in porch with vaulted ceiling is a great place to relax and dive into a good book or play cards on a rainy day.
The large yard provides plenty of space for campfires, outdoor games and exploring. In the winter months, this is a perfect place to relax and unwind after a fun-filled day of snowmobiling and winter activities. Our cottage is located just a short-ride away from trail E109. From mid June - mid September, we rent on a weekly basis with check-in on Sundays at 3 pm and check-out on Sundays at 11 am.

| We had a lovely week to end our summer vacation. The cottage was clean and well-maintained. It was stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes you need. The keurig coffee maker was great too! The river was great for swimming and we definitely enjoyed the foam mat, the stand up paddle board and the kayak. The kids were entertained all day - and we loved boat/people watching as others went by. We had a pontoon boat from a local rental company, and it moored nicely on the dock. It was great for exploring the river and doing some fishing (nothing biting, though).
It was a cooler week, so we were very happy to have the hot tub and fire pit. It was a great way to finish each day!
We stopped by the Bent Anchor for dinner and loved the food and atmosphere - it's a definite must when in the area. We also visited the Crooked Slide Park. It was nice to have some activities to do to further explore the area.

| Just what we needed! Beautiful quiet spot and nicely renovated cottage complete with AC, WIFI, dishwasher and prime tv. Easy drive from Hamilton. Cottage came with a dock perfect for docking our boat. Boat launch 5 mins away. The river was warm and sandy good for swimming. On the wknds there is a bit of boat traffic but didn't hinder the swimming too much. Husband enjoyed sitting on the dock people/boat watching :)
Gotta stop in at the Bent Anchor restaurant for a drink and finger foods. Great atmosphere! Transactions and communications with the host were smooth. We were with a group of adults so one thing that could be improved were beds, a bit small and squeaky. All in all great experience and would recommend.

| We had a lovely time at this cottage. Very dog and child friendly. Our 3yo loved the trampoline, the shallow entry into the river, childrens toys and the bunk bed. It's a quiet location even though you are not far from the street and although you can see the neighbours on both side, we never heard them. The town is close by and has a few restaurants we visited, we also got ice cream from the general store a few times. We went white water rafting with Madawaska Kanu Centre (20min away) we did the family rafting and it was very gentle, perfect for our 3yo. There are some lovely nature trails in the area as well. The cottage has everything you need and the screen room for bug free nights was a big hit.
