Our family cottage is located on Little Lake in between Brighton and Colborne. We are 1.5 hours from Toronto, 3 hours from Ottawa, and 4 hours from Montreal.

The cottage has been fully renovated and has central air conditioning and a gas fireplace. The beach is sandy and the shoreline is shallow, perfect for families with young children. There are non-motorized watersports equipment available for use. There is also a fire pit for enjoyable evenings roasting marshmallows.

The cottage has a bunkie on site for seasonal use and it has double bunk beds. Wifi is seasonal and goes on a hold from Oct-May. Please visit our website for the rental agreement and further information about the cottage.

Note: Take the 401 east from Toronto to the Colborne (Big Apple) exit or the 401 west from Ottawa/Montreal to the Brighton exit. The cottage is off Little Lake Road halfway between Brighton and Colborne.

The cottage is excellent for 6 adults due to only one bathroom. The waterfront is excellent especially for babies, toddlers and kids. The water stays shallow for a long way out and is hard sand. The price is amazing, as is the location. The cottage is air conditioned which was nice in 90 degree weather. You have a bunk house with a double bunk bed. The property is immaculate and the owners are gems! Highly recommend.
