NOTES We do not charge fees for booking or an extra cleaning fee to our rental costs. As such, and to ensure a full refund of the security deposit, guests are expected to leave the cottage in the same condition as found (cleaning supplies are provided). This is a private cottage rental and private beach and waterfront, it is NOT shared, it's all yours! #2. What are the bedroom configurations? | Beautiful cottage/home! Fully equipped with all the necessities. Kayaks, Canoes, Paddleboat, this place has everything you need for the cottage.
Simon was very clear with communication and responsive to our requests. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a larger group. I definitely intend on returning!

| My kids absolutely loved this cottage, especially the beach, watermat, playset, boats and games provided. It's a very safe clean waterfront for kids. Benoir is a beautiful lake, love the river into Algonquin. The cottage was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Two bathrooms was nice to have with our group of 9. We will be returning for sure, Thank you!

| Such an amazing time renting this cottage. Have rented here for years! Great lake chain with amazing access to Algonquin and surrounding lakes. Hiking, biking, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing and more!! So much Offered for renters. Always clean. Simon is great to deal with as well. Would recommend to anyone!
