Amenities: Main House consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 washroom, living room, kitchen and laundry. Main House comfortably sleeps 5 adults or 6 with a kid (1 Queen Bed in two of the bedrooms and One single bunk bed in the third bedroom) . Bunk House consists of 2 double beds, coffee table, TV. A flat screen TV is provided in the living area with Netflix & unlimited wireless internet. Kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, pots, pans & Keurig coffee machine. Basic bed linens & towels are supplied. Ductless Air Condition System. Housekeeping services are not available.
Within close proximity and access to the Kawartha Rail Trail for hiking, biking, ATV & snowmobile riding, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Golf Course and Marina are only a few minutes drive away. For boating & canoeing/kayaking enthusiast, Cameron Lake is directly connected to the Burnt River & is part of the greater Trent Canal system. Balsam Lake Provincial Park is less than 30 minutes away via car & can also be reached via boat. Great winter stopover for snowmobile and ice fishing enthusiasts.
Respectfully, we prefer families or individuals who are seeking a relaxing and serene getaway. Large parties, and events are prohibited. The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly area with neighboring year round residential properties. Principal occupant at the time of check in must be at least 21 years of age.
