Renovations have been completed throughout the entire property, and the bonfire outdoor area is the perfect place to end the night. The bonfire is located directly alongside Lake Erie so you can spend the evening making Memories On-The-Rocks.

The home features three bedrooms, the master boasting a large room with a king bed and ensuite for privacy, and 2 smaller bedrooms hosting queen beds in each.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to ensure a well cooked meal can be enjoyed with the beautiful view of the lake. The living room features seating for up to 5 while the games room is equipped with a cards table and games to ensure fun for the entire family.


This home boasts a perfect family setting to make memories and located near all local amenities. A short drive to Kingsville, wineries and even closer drive to your local grocery stores. The closet golf course is just up the road so be sure to bring your clubs and hit the links! Local beaches are very close, and although there is not direct lake access, this cottage makes up for it with comfort and style.
