Air conditioning, laundry, bbq, green egg smoker, pizza maker for bbq. Concrete driveway with new carport, fire pit, 2 kayaks, Bose stereo. Master bedroom has tempurpedic adjustable bed and tv. Second bedroom has queen bed and tv with double bed in loft. Pull out couch in living room with tv. Wifi. Large deck out back with nice newly fenced yard and patio furniture.
