Located on the edge of Esson Lake, the cottage offers easy access to water activities. The dock area is 3 to 6 feet deep depending on seasonal water levels (high water level during Spring and Summer and low water levels during late summer and fall), while the deeper side of the lake (20 to 60 feet deep) is just 300 meters away, accessible via culvert by canoe, kayak, or pedal boat. Access to the dock is closed starting mid october until March (with low water levels) and in preparation for the upcoming winter.
The cottage includes two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a second bedroom with two single bunk beds. The living room also features a queen-sized sofa bed for additional sleeping options. The luxurious bathroom boasts a spa-like shower, while the living room offers a 70-inch TV with surround sound. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave.

| We had a wonderful week at Anosh and Usman's cottage with our children. The location is great, very quiet and perfect for families.
There are several kayaks, a canoe and a pedal boat that we used a lot, both in the little part of the lake where the cottage is, but also for longer trips out on the main part of the lake. You can get there easily by paddling theough a culvert. Also, swimming right at the swim dock is great.
The cottage itself is cosy and well equipped for 4 people. Although there are neighbours on both sides, the garden is very private. We had a great stay.

| Quiet, cozy, clean, breathtaking views, relaxing and comfortable cottage to stay with family. Anosh was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. My family has been renting cottages for years and this was by far the best cottage to stay at. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking and pedal boating. This cottage had more kayaks, canoe and pedal boat to enjoy. The AC helped us during the "heatwave" and everything was just perfect for a 4 day getaway from the city. Thank you again, Anosh.

| We had a fantastic one week stay. The area is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and in a great location. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and even included a hot tub. Despite the temperatures dropping close to -20°C, we all loved unwinding in the hot tub at the end of the day. We truly enjoyed our stay!
Anosh and Usman are fantastic hosts, always keeping us informed with clear and timely updates. We truly appreciate you both and hope to be back soon!
