This property has lots of space and has a main cottage and guest cottage available. Perfect for a larger family or two families. Located on Little Whitefish Lake with 220 feet of shoreline and beautiful sunsets. Two hour drive north of Toronto.
There are five bedrooms between the two cottages. The larger cottage has three bedrooms (two queen beds and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top) and two pullout couches. The smaller cottage has two bedrooms (one double and a bunkbed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top).
Little Whitefish is connected to two other lakes. The charming town of Rosseau is a 20min drive away. 25 min to Parry Sound.
Fish and play off the new dock or simply relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Enjoy the evening around the large fire pit next to the water.
This child-friendly gently sloping property has a bbq, firepit, kids treehouse, and a hot tub. There are kayaks, paddleboards, and lots of games for your family and a brand new dock out into deep water.
The larger cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and all utensils. The smaller cottage has a small kitchen with fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, and stovetop.
