| Well kept and clean cottage with all the amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with all dishes, glassware, pots/pans, utensils A large double door fridge along with a smaller bar fridge. Fridges were 100% clear and clean upon arrival (something I haven't experienced before - appreciated). Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. All linens and towels were provided. This is so much better than most cottages where you have to bring your own.
This rental is located well back from the road offering a peaceful and quiet escape. Lots of parking is available. A well maintained driveway winds through the woods and right now to the front door of the cottage.
The cottage is well lit with lots of lights. There are a lot of windows that let in natural light. Numerous fans (ceiling fans and portable) helped to keep the cottage cool on hotter days. At night and during early mornings, the main room fireplace/stove added warmth and a nice touch. A good supply of firewood was available with a great kindling splitter. Loved it.
A firepit is available which was used with Muskoka seating in a great elevated spot above the lake with a great view.
Down at the lake is a large dock complete with an umbrella and more Muskoka chairs. Two canoes and a kayak are available for use. If you're bringing a boat, there is a launch fairly close by and lots of room on the dock for mooring. Fishing was great, even right from the dock.
We enjoyed our stay and recommend this rental.

| We loved our stay at Justin and Ali's place! The cottage was well equipped with everything you could possibly need: kayaks, canoes, board games, comfortable furniture and plenty of space for our group of seven. To top it all off, the cottage is in a beautiful location - not far from Parry Sound but still secluded on a quiet lake.
Justin went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

| We booked a week here and we're glad we did. Such a beautiful place. Very clean , stocked cottage with all the amenities. Everything worked as it should. TV and board games were nice to have on the rainy days. The canoe/ Kayak were nice to get out on the lake and the dock is wonderful to swim off of and relax on.
Justin and Ali are wonderful hosts and always on top of all of your needs.
We will definitely rebook again In the near future. Thank you for everything.

| We stayed at the end of October with two adults, four kids, and a dog. The cottage was very clean and spacious enough that we did not feel that we were stepping all over each other. The cottage was well stocked with everything and even though it was too cold to swim there was plenty to do- the kids especially enjoyed the kayaks. Justin checked in before, during and after our trip to make sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The kids have already asked to go back...

| We (3 adults and a small child) stayed at this cottage in late August and had an amazing time! It's a beautiful, well-appointed open space with high ceilings and an amazing wrap-around deck sitting high above the water. The screened-in room is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon naps, and the deck features a large outdoor dining area, bbq, and several cozy furnishings. The bedrooms were very comfortable - not air conditioned but with large windows and a good breeze.
The property sits on a beautiful and quiet body of water, and has a large deck for sitting out on. The swimming's perfect, with many items provided for water fun (a canoe, kayaks, and big floaties).
In the yard there's a fantastic fire pit perched over the water where we spent many evenings. Maybe the best part was the lack of flies! I was able to nap outside and not get eaten alive - rare for a cottage experience.
A final thing to note was the attention to detail. The owner Justin was extremely attentive, checking in every day via text to be of assitance, and made some special accommodations for us. A lot of thought's gone into the cottage provisioning, from the furnishings and appliances, to the many cottage necessities (incl. an array of childrens' toys), to the selection of Ontario-centric literature.
All in all, a first-rate experience and highly recommended! As for us, we'll definitely be back!
