| Wow! The cottage was gorgeous, with very beautiful and comfortable touches. It felt like a home away from home. We spent most our time on the dock, which was great for swimming and fishing. The cottage boasts a full sized kitchen that overlooks the family room and dining room- perfect for entertaining. Justin and Ali were amazing hosts who went out of their way to ensure we were happy and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. Thanks for a great week!

| Our group of 6 (+dog) enjoyed our stay at Justin and Ali's cottage. It was fully equipped with all that was needed, including linens and towels, which is so nice to not have to pack. Beds were comfortable. The lake was very quiet, the weather was beautiful and the swimming from the dock was enjoyable for us all. Fishing from the dock made my son happy - he even lost a few bigger ones to fishing line that wasn't quite strong enough. It was a bit of a trek up and down to the dock, but sitting there and soaking in the sun and peace was fantastic. A short jaunt into Magnetawan and Sundridge for supplies, but be aware that you should bring cash if you want to eat at a few of the little places in town (snack bar, pizza place).
Justin was very responsive to texts and checked in regularly. Thanks for the mention of the Saturday farmers market - got some delicious items to supplement our regular grocery trip.
Thanks for a great stay!

| We just concluded our stay at Justin's cottage July 5 to July 12 and really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is exactly as pictured with a clean spacious layout. The kitchen is nicely laid out and well stocked. One nice surprise was the abundant supply of very nice quality towels! We spent a lot of time on the deck chairs on the dock which is a nice size. Its smaller lake so that seemed to make it a lot quieter than some. It was not uncommon to haver 1 or 2 hours go by and not see another soul. The peace and quiet we were looking for! Its quite a climb back up to the cottage so bring a small cooler to keep a couple of beverages cold. Justin was very helpful and readily available by text. His suggestion of the local farmers market on a rainy Saturday morning worked out well.

| We just got back from a wonderful week at Justin and Ali's cottage! The cottage was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well equipped, there were even three different options for those like us who need their morning Java fix. For outdoor activities, there were kayaks and canoes available. On rainy days, we enjoyed the variety of board games provided.
One of our favourite spots was the large dock with Adirondack chairs, perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings.
Justin was great to deal with, he is very responsive and goes out of his way to ensure you have everything you need and that you enjoy your stay. His attention to detail and willingness to help made for a great experience. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

| Well kept and clean cottage with all the amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with all dishes, glassware, pots/pans, utensils A large double door fridge along with a smaller bar fridge. Fridges were 100% clear and clean upon arrival (something I haven't experienced before - appreciated). Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. All linens and towels were provided. This is so much better than most cottages where you have to bring your own.
This rental is located well back from the road offering a peaceful and quiet escape. Lots of parking is available. A well maintained driveway winds through the woods and right now to the front door of the cottage.
The cottage is well lit with lots of lights. There are a lot of windows that let in natural light. Numerous fans (ceiling fans and portable) helped to keep the cottage cool on hotter days. At night and during early mornings, the main room fireplace/stove added warmth and a nice touch. A good supply of firewood was available with a great kindling splitter. Loved it.
A firepit is available which was used with Muskoka seating in a great elevated spot above the lake with a great view.
Down at the lake is a large dock complete with an umbrella and more Muskoka chairs. Two canoes and a kayak are available for use. If you're bringing a boat, there is a launch fairly close by and lots of room on the dock for mooring. Fishing was great, even right from the dock.
We enjoyed our stay and recommend this rental.
