The Rosewood Cottage is a 4 season cottage that boasts 2000 sq feet of living space. Located on a mature treed gentle sloping lakefront with beautiful views of Green Lake and amazing sunsets. The lake is part of a 3 lake chain that offers endless opportunities for fishing, boating, and water sports. Situated on a private lot with only neighbours to the right, and yet minutes away from local amenities. Families with young kids will appreciate the small beach area with shallow water. Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the quiet lake with little motor traffic and great catches such as smallmouth bass, bigmouth bass, walleye, yellow perch, and muskie! The Indoor Space: You will enjoy hanging out or lounging in the spacious living room with cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a cozy fireplace. The living room is comfortably furnished and there is a 65 inch TV with Roku, which can be used for streaming using your own accounts. Next to the living room is a games area with a convertible air hockey and pool table. The kitchen and dining area offers generous counter space and lots of seating that overlooks the beautiful lake. You will not miss the beautiful sunsets, the unobstructed views are seen right at the dining and kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen with children's dinnerware, high chair, and seating for 10 people. All 3 bedrooms are located at the front of the house. The Outdoor Space: The backyard has amazing views of the lake, and is surrounded by mature trees that offers lots of shade. Generous green space at the back and on the side for lawn activities. The 6 person hot tub and fire pit overlooks the quiet lake, with no neighbors across or on the left. The small beach with sand toys is loved by young children. Our lakefront is very shallow for about 200-300 feet out, great for kids wading in the water. Grab a kayak, paddle board, or boat and head out to explore, swim and fish in the deeper parts of the water.

| We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 4 kids and it was enough room for all of us. The shallow beach right in the back of the cottage was great for the kids and all of us loved the kayaks and paddle boats provided. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely book again.

| We had a wonderful week at the cottage. We were a group of 10 (2 families of 5), and the space accommodated us nicely. The cottage was clean and Emily quickly responded to emails. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a getaway. The water toys, especially the large paddle board was a hit with the kids!

| This is a clean cottage, great for families, kids loved the room with the bunk beds. Great outdoor amenities, they had a huge body glove for the kids to jump into the middle lake as there is no floating dock in the middle of the lake. Paddleboards, kayak and a boat as well. Kids loved to use the hot tub. Every evening made s'mores by the fire. I also like that there are notes and signs for guest as reminders. It was a carefree week that everyone enjoyed. Kids are already talking about returning next year!

| We had a fantastic stay here. The cottage comes with every convenience including an extensively equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, dishwasher and BBQ. The views of the lake are spectacular, especially at sunset, and we really enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evenings taking in the view. The hot tub is a huge bonus. The area is very quiet. Instructions were provided for all appliances ensuring everything is easy to use. All rooms are spacious yet cozy and comfortable. There are convenience stores nearby and it's also a short drive to town where there are a selection of stores. There any many trails, activities and places to visit within a short drive. Emily is so friendly and helpful, and very quick to respond to any queries we had. We look forward to visiting again!

| Beautiful cottage located on the lake. The winter mornings were tranquil and peaceful. Super close to Sir Sams Ski for the kids to ski all day. Really appreciated the quick drive back to relax and jump into the hot tub after a day of skiing. Hot chocolate by the fire pit at night was also a bonus. The cottage was spacious enough that the family never felt cramped. Nice and cozy. It's a short drive into town if you want to pick up groceries and go for a stroll. Really appreciated the washer and dryer available with detergent in case we needed to do any emergency washes. Emily was a really responsive host and will respond to any inquiries promptly. Can't wait to return to experience Summer!
