This fantastic 2 bedroom ocean view cottage offers plenty of space inside and a huge property outside - perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and life at the beach enjoyment!

Deeded access to the ocean is only steps away.Located on the Northumberland Strait. Warmest water north of the Carolinas!

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and Second bedroom has a double. Additionally there is a pull out sofa in the living room. All beds will be made up with fresh linens when you arrive, so no need to bring your own (unless you really want to!).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a regular sized refrigerator with freezer, cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig as well as an array of utensils and cooking necessities. Eat at the island or at the dinning area in the beautiful sunroom.

Relax and enjoy the living room with a couch and 2 chairs. There is wifi, board games, puzzles and a smart tv for your entertainment. You could also soak up the sun on the couch in the sunroom.

The bathroom has a stand up shower , toilet and sink. A hair dryer and towels available for your use.

The cottage has a large yard where kids can play when they are not at the beach, yard games available and a nice covered deck. There's also a large fire pit to enjoy the nights.

Farmer's market, winery, golfing and fresh seafood nearby. Central location for day trips to PEI, NB and NS.

Pets are welcome with minor restrictions (sorry no cats due to allergies)
