Welcome to your beach side cottage oasis! Our 3 bedroom townhouse sleeps up to 10 people. The main suite has 3 double beds, the second bedroom has one double bed, and the third bedroom has one double bed. We have a beautiful shared pool with BBQ, deck and fire pit. Wasaga Beach is located along the longest freshwater beach in the world - and this cottage includes your own private access just steps away! Only 20 minutes to Blue Mountain- this cottage is enjoyable throughout all seasons of the year. You will have access to the townhouse, there is a basement on the property that will be occupied at the time of your visit. Please do remember to bring your own bed linen, towels and blankets and beach towels. Due to COVID-19, we are no longer able to provide linens. We have 5 double beds. Please bring linen size accordingly. If you are unable to bring your own, we can provide this for an extra cleaning of $75. Let us know at least one week in advance of your stay so we can accommodate you accordingly. All summer and winter activities are accessible from the public Wasaga Beach services and Blue Mountain. + VIEW MORE - COLLAPSE Note: Our cottage is located right on the shoreline with your own private access to Wasaga Beach. Just steps away, you can access the public Wasaga Beach 4.
Additionally, you can enjoy the property's shared pool during May to the first week of September. Please ensure to bring your own towels due to COVID 19.

| What can I say? This place is awesome! Large, clean, spacious & comfortable 2-storey townhouse right on the beach with a pool, BBQ & 2 firepits. Fully furnished with a stocked kitchen although some things need upgrading. Comfortably sleeps 10. Perfect for a getaway or family reunion. Amazing sunset views from your balcony or beach just steps away. Host is great and responds to questions or concerns within minutes. We used to go to this resort every year from 1989 for 15 years when our children were young (used to be one owner). Now we intend to go every year with our grandchildren to make similar memories!

| We had a wonderful stay at Renee's cottage in Wasaga Beach. The cottage was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Its location is perfect, just right to the beach. Renee was an excellent host, providing quick responses and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway specially in summer !!

| This is the best getaway! This beach house is an amazing way to relax with it's clean stay, pool, and great hosts! You can see the beach and pool from the balcony too! A 2min drive from the main Wasaga beach AND a direct access to the beach from the backyard. Trust me and book your stay asap!!

| Very lovely home and close to all amenities! Very spacious and homey. Very close to the beach and an amazing sunset view at your own private beach. The private pool was very nice to use on a hot sunny day.

| This is one of the best cottages I've ever stayed at. It is very spacious and comfortably sleeps 10 people. The location is ideal as it's right on the beach and you have a great view of the beautiful sunset over the water. There is also a BBQ machine and a pool that we made use of. It's a short drive to the more popular Wasaga beaches however you have your own private beach out back as well. There are also two campfire sites in the backyard that are ideal for a large group.
The place was very clean and up to date and we had zero issues during our stay. The host is also very kind and responsive. I would 100% recommend to all my friends.
