This newly renovated lakefront cottage sits on a 6 acre property with a beautiful beach.
This cottage is the middle cottage named the Browning #2 and sleeps 6.
We are located 30 minutes from North Bay and 30 minutes from Temagami on Hwy 11 North. The Marten River General Store is a 5 minute car ride from the property.
With only a few cottages on the lake and no public access Marian Lake is fairly quiet offering great fishing with many species of fish. We are also on the OFSC Snowmobile A Trail great for hiking or 4 wheeling in the summer.
Each cottage has electricity, running water during summer months (May to October), Shower, full kitchen and private deck with outdoor dining and Propane BBQ.
