| We had the pleasure of staying at the cottage to celebrate this past New Years. It is a beautifully large cottage, located right on the lake with amazing view. Cottage has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen, we were also provided with firewood. Plenty of space and game room was great, large TV's in multiple rooms. Even has a piano. Samir was an amazing host and very accomodating. We look forward to returning in the future.

| We rented this cottage for my birthday celebration. We are very pleased that we made this choice.
*The place and nature are unusually beautiful.
*The house is very large and very comfortable, fully consistent with outdoor recreation.
* The house is very clean, warm and cozy.
* The owner is Mr. Samiir, an unusually polite and very decent good man.
*Most of all I was struck by the attitude of the owner to his business. The attitude towards the guests is very high and 100% focused on the comfort of the guests.
In short, if the highest score is 5, then I give 7 points.
