The Balmoral is located on a generous site on a tree-lined road just moments from our resort welcome centre. Within a ten minute walk we have a beach, boat launch, bike trails, paddleboards, Kayaks and much more!
This is a Resort Cottage (also known in the cottage industry as a Park Model) and it is accessible from May to October annually, when the resort is open. When the resort is closed to our seasonal families in late October, we continue to run the resort in winter, making sure your Resort Cottage investment is safe and secure for winter.
The price includes: All furnishings and appliances, a turn key experience, electric fireplace, A/
C, furnace, heating, propane hook up, fully serviced, a large 240 sq.ft deck with upgraded aluminum rails.
Every Balmoral Resort Cottage is located on a spacious lot with adequate space for parking, a firepit and room to enjoy the finest that Mother Nature has to offer.
The resort offers:
Landscaping, repairs and maintenance, beach raking, garbage collection, road cleaning, paddle-boards and kayak hire, water, sewer and hydro. Use of a private beach, trails and docks, boat hire. As this is a seasonal recreational accommodation, there is no property tax to pay.
As well as buying your Balmoral Resort Cottage, there is an annual fee for all of the above which is $6000 plus HST although early buyers who complete their deposit and paperwork before the end of July 2022 will be offered an annual discount of $1000 for every year that they are a Resort Cottage owner with us.
