The Hornibrook Family Cottage is a beautiful fully winterized cottage that overlooks the Bay du Chaleur in Janeville , NB. The view is breathtaking and you will enjoy a 5 min drive to these beach where you can swim and relax in a beautiful uncrowded setting. Located directly across from Jays place , groceries, gas and the an NBLCC outlet are immediately available. The Cottage has lots of space in the front and back yard for games , a beautiful deck to enjoy and large French doors to bring the sea air into the cottage if you prefer to stay inside. You have very friendly neighbors and access to lots of vacation activities up and down the coast. For fall and winter rentals access to the NB trail system is directly across the street if you like to snowmobile or enjoy 4 wheeling. Bathurst is 15 minutes away on the bypass and there you will have lots of great restaurants and pubs to choose from if you want a night out in town. Then back to the cottage for a bonfire and some marshmallows! You won't be disappointed with this family friendly place !! | We had a wonderful stay at the Hornibrook Family Cottage. It was clean and had all the kitchen supplies needed for the stay. The beds were comfy and plenty of room to visit family in the large living area. The view over the ocean was gorgeous from the porch and we watched many amazing sunsets. The owner and grounds helper were promptly available when we had questions. The location of the cottage was close to beaches and town to pick up groceries. I would stay at this location in the future and recommend it to others as well.

| We had the most wonderful stay at the Hornibrook family cottage. It was the hottest week of the summer it felt like but the near by beach was the perfect place to cool down. The view of the ocean from the yard was breathtaking at sunset !
Everything we needed for our stay was provided and it felt like a home away from home.
We hope to have an opportunity to stay again in the future as we truly enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to the beautiful beaches.

| Great stay for 6 adults, 3 nights!... large living space, bathroom and bedrooms ?even the sofa bed was comfy enough for a couple! . Many necessities for daily use available, not much missing. The large porch in front of cottage gave us a nice view of the Bay and the incredible sunsers! Lots of windows we could open to feel the sea breeze. The ground surrounding the cottage is clean and well maintained. Host and caregiver where quick to answer and provide the needed details. The cottage is about half way (30 minutes drive) either to Bathurst, Caraquet, Paquetville where there is lots to do. Would not hesitate to rent again!

| The cottage was very clean and bright with a large open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots & pans as well as a new keurig machine (owner left a supply of coffee pods). The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large with a nice step-in shower (with corner seat) and washer/dryer. The owner was very approachable & responded promptly to any questions or concerns. There is also a local caretaker for the cottage who is available should any problems arise. The view of the Bay is beautiful from the front porch, which has two new adirondack chairs & a picnic table. I recommend this cottage, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
