Sunrise Paradise cottage won't disappoint you with morning views! Located only 90 minutes from Toronto, this waterfront cottage has all conveniences of the home. Sleeps 8 comfortably. 4 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. An incredible view of the Sturgeon Lake from the open space of the dining room/ kitchen/family room. Internet, DVD player with movies, TV with Netflix available for our guests. Board games, cards, chess, air hockey table and foosball table. A/C. Plenty of space and activities outside and indoors. BBQ and dining table with benches on the upper deck. Large grass space for outdoor activities: picnics, lawn games, fishing, and the fire pit.
Available water crafts: paddle board, pedal boat, canoe (Please wear provided adult size life jackets. Bring your own child size life jackets). Bring water shoes if you want to swim. Public boat launch is nearby.
In winter time come to enjoy ice fishing, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling. Cottage is located only 10 minutes from the touristy town of Fenelon Falls. This picturesque village is filled with unique shops, dining experiences, and outdoor activities. You'll also enjoy watching the waterfront sunsets, strolling through the farmer's market, riding bikes, and enjoying Kawartha ice cream. Rent a fishing boat for a day at the Long Beach Cottages & Trailer Park.

* Pets are allowed (for a fee)
* We supply toilet paper, but if you runout of anything (aluminum foil, cling wrap, toilet paper) let us know, we will reimburse you for your expenses
* Please bring your linens, pillows, and towels (for hygienic reasons)
* Bring your own firewood
* Bring kids size life jackets. Adult size life jackets are available
* Its a quiet neighbourhood, with very nice neighbours, so please, keep the noise down after 10:30 pm
* The water is 4-5 feet deep off the end of the dock. Gets weedy in summer. Bring water shoes.

| I had the pleasure of staying at the charming cottage Sunrise Paradise, and I can't express enough how great the experience was. The cottage is equipped with everything you could possibly need. From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy living spaces, it was evident that the owners have thought of every detail to make guests feel comfortable and well-cared-for. The views are absolutely breath taking. We spent most of our week by the water or in the water. There are so many outdoor activities to enjoy as well as lots to do indoors on a rainy day. Our stay was nothing short of perfect, and we can't wait to return.

| We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at Sunrise Paradise. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with lots of space for us to spread out for different activities, inside and out. We made good use of the water craft provided to explore the lake and surroundings, and enjoyed watching the waterfowl as there were ducks, geese, swans, and loons who passed by on many occasions.
The cottage was well located on a quiet road with good access to groceries and other necessities nearby, and we enjoyed exploring Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon as well as sections of the Victoria Rail Trail.
Galina was very responsive to questions and provided clear communications.
All in all, a great place to stay and we hope to be back!

| We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Paradise. The cottage/home was beautiful, had everything you need. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Plenty of water crafts to use, including two Kayaks, one canoe and a paddle board. Lake is weedy but the owner let us know ahead of time. We were still able to find spots to swim, float on some inflatable toys and just relax in the warm water. Kitchen is well equipped and the showers had good water pressure. As an added bonus, the cottage uses a soft water filtration system which makes your skin feel soft and nourished after a long day in the sun. The central air conditioning also helped cool us off, especially during some of the hotter days. We made good use of the fire pit and bbq.
Galina was responsive and communicated well throughout the entire process.
We highly recommend this property!!

| Our stay at Sunrise Paradise was incredible. This cottage is an ideal escape for both relaxation and adventure. Here are some of the things we liked/enjoyed the most:
-Location: The cottage is located between Lindsay and Fenelon Falls. Both towns have a lot to offer, but we strongly recommend checking out Fenelon Falls. You'll find some great restaurants, breweries, parks, etc.
-Activities: We really enjoyed being able to take out the kayak and canoe. The water is very calm. We spent a lot of time on the water crafts exploring the surrounding area. There's a ton of space to play lawn games and let the dogs run around.
-Cottage: We were impressed with how clean everything was when we arrived. The cottage is pretty open and spacious. The kitchen comes with everything you'd need. The bedrooms are large with comfy beds. It was nice having all of the games (foosball, air hockey, board games) inside for the one rainy day we had.
- The owner: Galina was great! Everything was set up for us to enjoy our week with no issues. She was responsive and made the process very easy.
We look forward to coming back next year!

| Beautiful cottage, well equipped and very clean. Close to town but far enough for peace and quiet.
The cottage is spacious and offers a variety of activities.
