We offer a very spacious 4-season 5 bedroom cottage (over 3100 sf) that sleeps up to 12 people. It is perfect for extended families or mature groups. We are centrally located within walking distance to Wasaga Beach Area 1, the longest freshwater beach in the world! We provide linens, bath towels, all paper essentials, as well as cleaning products and have a fully equipped kitchen. We have an entertainment room with ping pong table and a pool table and offer a variety of board games (chess, monopoly, etc). We have central AC/ heating, washer/dryer, free WIFI. Walmart is 3 min of walk away, and you are centrally located, so you can walk to many restaurants and explore the Nordic trail.
Your weekly stay may include the following activities:
-Wasaga Beach (shallow waters with sand bottom, no rocks, perfect for families with young children)
-Nordic and Trail system (access to 30 km of trails)
-Wasaga 500 Go-Karts, Skull Island
-Wasaga Beach Paintball Adventure

| Amazing place!
My friends and I rented this place for the weekend for a volleyball tournament, it was in a great location not to far from the beach. Elena, who is a super host, was always in contact with me to answer any questions we had. The place was very clean, and more than enough space for the 10 of us that stay for the weekend. Lots of entertainment with; pool table, ping pong table and a nice TV so we didn't need to leave. If your in wasaga beach or area, I would definitely recommend staying here!

| Place was clean and had lots of amenities for us to enjoy our stay. The basement has a pool table and ping pong table that allowed for fun activities.

| This cottage is the perfect cottage to go to with a big group. The location was also perfect as it was very close to the superstores and very close to the beach. The kids and adults all equally enjoyed the stay, it's very family friendly. Elena and Alex was very welcoming and very quick to respond when we needed help or when there were any doubts. I would definitely come back in the future, highly recommended!

| We had a very great time at this cottage. We had a lot of fun with the children playing pool and ping pong. The cottage is spacious, clean, well equipped and the beds are comfortable. There are many activities nearby. The boys played tennis, we did karting, we played mini putt and of course we went to the beach each day. The house is well located, close to supermarkets and the beach. It was nice to walk to the beach (15 minutes) to see the sunset. Elena and Alex are very good owners. Everything was clear and well explained, Elena was quick to respond to my questions. The discussions were always pleasant. Thank you so much Elena and Alex!

| We had very great time. This cottage has all facility amd every small thing which we use at home. very clean, spacious and big enough for 13-14 people. Kitchen is very big. Kids have good seperate playing room with pool and table tennis. They have a fully equiped kitchen with all amenities.Very clean. Nice location . Will be back soon.
