There are 3 bedrooms: one queen bed, two single beds and one daybed which pulls out into king size, the space is comfortable for 6 guests. Moreover, there is a sofa with a pull out bed in the living room that could sleep at least two people. Therefore, the maximum capacity is 8. Parking up to 4 cars and lots of outdoor space.
