I found their fees and taxes were getting severely out of hand so I decided to try another platform and give responsable individuals a break given today's economy. A 10 min walk to Lake Huron?s sandy shores, swim in beautiful calm waters surrounded by the fishing islands in the hamlet of Oliphant.
DRIVING to: Sauble Beach 5 minutes
10 to either Red Bay Beach or Wiarton beach & water park. 15 min to Berford Lake Park. Near by Golf, ATV trails. Hiking, biking, fishing. Kite surfing. Boat launches, fish cleaning station, Tobermory & more.

2 acer Supper clean, 4 season, renovated location. Building has 2 units. Your Rental is on the ground floor & includes large yard & fire pit that is private to you. *Note: Above garage apartment with entrance at back is separate, has its own outside area.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. BBQ is supplied with propane. Yard has a fire pit, & 2 picnic tables.
Living room and Queen Bedroom TV's have Netflix, & Prime. Enjoy quality high end pillow top mattresses that allow for a good night sleep. Bedding and toiletries are supplied. You must bring your own towels.
We are on a septic system and well water, no municipal treated water in the area. Although the water test safe and we drink it, we do not guarantee the water quality.
No access to garage, sheds or patio area behind garage or the storage room on main floor.
Wood in woodshed / or on property is not for use unless wood is given to you.
