Frank is very easy to work with and is close by if needed.There we're 10 of us and we had lots of room.The house is modern with all amenities you will need.2 full kitchens came in very handy also 2 bbqs.The kayaks watermat and paddle board supplied were used daily.Sitting area around the water is massive with lots of chairs supplied to view beautiful sunsets.Swimming was good and fishing for bass was very productive.Lots of things on the island to explore so always something to do.We would certainly be return guests if our schedules allow it next year.Thanks Frank
