Unwind, relax and make memories with your loved ones. A family-friendly getaway located in the heart of Lagoon City, steps from Lake Simcoe! This four-season 2-storey home sits on a lot size of over 1 acre for you to enjoy to your heart's content. With a private canal leading to the beautiful Lake Simcoe straight from the backyard, you can take an exciting journey through our provided kayaks and pedal boat. Just steps from home is 2 private beaches and 1 public beach where you can take a dip or relax. A Few Things Before We Dig In: - Summer/ Fall/Winter/Spring: We rent minimum 2 nights only. Check in is at 3:00PM, check out is at 11:00AM.

The Cottage:
This is a beautiful home in Lagoon City with a Muskoka Style Cottage feel situated on a premium lot with space large enough for the entire family to escape the big city. With 3 Bedrooms, 3 Queen beds, a single bed, and 2 sofa beds, there is plenty of sleep space for guests up to 9 people. Our most frequent visitors are multi-generational families that come year after year and enjoy the retreat as a family gathering place (grandparents, parents and grandchildren).
The Outside:
With a balcony on the second level that runs the length of the cottage, guests can relax socialize and enjoy the views from an elevated standpoint. Access to the balcony can be found through the living room and the master bedroom. In the huge backyard features a custom deck with a picnic table and plenty of seating for the traditional backyard bbq. A beautiful firepit situated by the waters is perfect for bonfires and roasting marshmallows. With over 80 feet wide by the shoreline, you will have plenty of space to cast your fishing lines.
The Lake/Beaches:
The sandy lake is perfect for people of all ages with the gentle entryway and shallow waters. As you venture further out, the waters get deeper ideal for fishing and boating. A playground is also featured by the beach for the kids to release all their energy.
Water Sports:
We provide two kayaks, one pedal boat, and a blowup raft making it easy for our guests to enjoy the private canal and lake. Explore to your hearts content!
The Kitchen:
From the main entrance, you'll find the kitchen and dining area to your left. The kitchen has a fridge, electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, and all of the kitchen essentials you will need to enjoy a comfortable family cooking and dining experience.
The Living Room:
The main gathering spot in the entire cottage is the huge living room situated on the second level. With a fireplace, 2 sofas and plenty of seating, this is the perfect space for games and socializing.
1 of the sofas can be used as a sleeping accommodation (not a pull-out sofa bed).
Bedrooms:
All 3 bedrooms are on the second level. Here is the breakdown of the following beds:
Master bedroom: 1 Queen + 1 Single
Bedroom #2: 1 Queen
Bedroom #3: 1 Queen + 1 Futon
Heating and Cooling:
The cottage is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating. For the cold winter seasons, the wood fireplace can also be used giving the cottage a warm cozy setting.
Who we invite to request bookings:
This is a family owned and operated cottage. We welcome families and guests who will treat this cottage as if its were their own. All renters will be vetted and a security deposit will be taken. 50% due upon booking. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to check in.

| We recently stayed at this charming cottage near Lake Simcoe, and it was a delightful experience! Although it's not brand new, the cottage is incredibly cute with a layout that we absolutely loved. We spent a lot of time outside, enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The cottage is conveniently located right on the canal and just a short drive to the lake, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers.
The cottage is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of space inside and ample parking, which made our stay even more convenient. We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to come back in the future!

| Highly recommend this Beautiful and serene cottage! It felt homey as soon as we walked in and comfortably fit our group of 10 people. Everything was clean and the view to the ravine was absolutely stunning. There was also a variety of activities (ie. kayak, fish, etc.) and the beach was just a short walk away.
Andy was very responsive throughout the trip and we'll certainly be back in the near future!

| Great cottage! It was well equipped with everything you need for your stay and was also quite large and more than enough space for our party of 7. We had fun using the kayaks, pedal boat and fire pit daily. Fishing in the canal was also wonderful as the kids managed to catch quite a few fish each time they went fishing. The private beach was also a great place to hang out. Andy, the host and owner, was friendly to interact with and responded to any questions I had in a quick manner. I would highly recommend this cottage and would definitely stay here again!
