Note: Ahmic lake is a premier fishing destination as the connecting lakes and rivers support an incredibly wide variety of fish including Walleye, Large and Smallmouth Bass, Trout, Northern Pike, Yellow Perch. However, the lake's claim to fame is its spectacular Walleye fishing, which are large in number and weight. The lake comes equipped with a marina and boat launches. | This is our 4th year renting from Val & Ben and we have already booked for 2027! We rent it for our annual intergenerational family vacation each year, with ages from 2 - 85 years old.
The cottage has something for everyone of all ages and everything you could want or need!
The pictures truly reflect all the amenities available, but the memories you can make are priceless.
Val & Ben are über hosts and add new features to the cottage each year.

| Ahmic Lake is the best cottage we have ever rented. Our family of 6 adults and 4 children have been there 3 summers and we will definitely go again. Valerie is very accommodating and you don't have to think about what to bring, so much is included The cottage is spacious, clean and very well taken care of. Each time we go there are lots of new amenities to enjoy. Plenty of water activities available, a great sauna and hot tub, and a beautiful fire pit to enjoy each evening. Our family just loves our week each year at The Ahmic Lake!

| We love Ahmic Lake and rented from Val to enjoy a family week together. The cottage is the best we have rented in the area over more than 30 years. It is exactly as listed and more. The attention to detail and extra touches are something you don't find in other rentals. The children in our family are aged 3 to 17 and there was more than enough for great fun for everyone. We had planned on it only being an option for this year due to other family commitments, but had such a great time together, we have already committed to a week next summer. Great job Val and Ben, so glad we discovered your piece of heaven, thanks for sharing it!

| Really great cottage. Modern amenities with a nature feel. It was a bit chilly outside to go in the lake, but the water was clean and the dock area was excellent. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are well kept, easy to use, and make for a comfortable stay. We were impressed with a good quality of a drinking water from the tap. Val is an excellent host. We had a very relaxing time with like-at-home feeling at the Ahmic Lakehouse cottage. Highly recommended.

| We just returned from this beautiful rental. The care and attention to big and little details made this a very special getaway. My nephews loved the giant connect 4 and tic tac toe on the wall of the 'kids' room! Experimenting with the pizza oven yielded amazing results and the hot tub was perfect. Thanks Val - your kindness and thoughtfulness permeates this property.
