Deep Blue with the Waterfront View

Our cottage was completed in 2018 and is perched just 46 feet up from the river - it features a mix of modern luxuries, rustic charm, and serene views.

The main floor features a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, island, (and dishwasher!) that faces our extra large dining table tucked away within a windowed nook that wraps you up in our elevated view of the river. Both are open to the living room, complete with a flat screen tv and big comfortable leather couches that just cradle you in. Our clean/modern bathroom is also on the the main floor, as well as a coat closet by the front door, and utility room where you will find a new washer and dryer. Should you need to get some work done we have a small desk by the sliding doors that opens onto a covered porch overlooking the water.

Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms, the master has large front facing windows so you can basque in the view of the water from the spacious king size bed. The guest rooms have queen size beds and closets. In each of the rooms there is either a closet and/or chest of drawers for storage so you can feel a little more at home.

Outside we have a floating dock nestled in a quiet bay making it a perfect swimming area for kids (no current), outdoor dinning set, a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, brand new (BYO-Propane) bbq, swinging chair, and gazebo filled with a variety of water toys and a canoe. All of this overlooks the water, great for taking in views and or keeping an eye on the kids (we do have water jackets in the gazebo). We are just at the very end of the cottage road so there is no need to worry about traffic.
