Welcome to North4Nature lakefront cottage! Contact us for discounted rates on certain nights. This is a PET-FREE and SMOKE-FREE cottage. Our lakefront cottage has 2.5 levels with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 14 guests (after 10 guests, there is an additional fee per guest/ night).

The lake:
No Fishing: There's no fish in our lake
No boating: non-motorized lake
Swimming:
Swim from the second dock to avoid the muddy lake bottom. The lake gets deeper from the end of the first dock gradually to about 20 ft. Use swim vests for safety; no diving from the docks, please. Children must be supervised at all times when being near the lake.
Water toys:
We provide kayaks, canoes, and a pedal boat including swim vests.
Trampoline:
For kids only. Weight capacity is limited to 90 kgs at a time.
Swingset:
For kids only. Adults to monitor the kids while using any equipment.
Beddings + towels:
Bring your own Or rent from us. Pillows provided. (free bedding only for weekly reservations)
Parking:
Please park outside the garage on the driveway. No parking inside the garage or on the grass/lawn to protect the sprinkler heads.

*** Check-in: 3:00pm/Check-out: 11:00 am
*** Surveillance cameras outside the building for the safety of the property and to monitor unauthorized check-ins. No cameras inside the building.
*** No partial rentals and/or payments - each guest pay for the entire stay
*** Each unregistered guest (whether adult/children/infant) not disclosed before check-in will pay $200 per night and/or the reservation is cancelled with immediate effect without refund.
*** Garbage and recycling:
Take it with you at checkout or use the local landfill.
The landfill is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so if your checkout is on these days, it is the guests' responsibility to make arrangements to dispose of the garbage.
Location will be provided. Any garbage left on the property will cause a deduction from your security deposit.

| The cottage is so spacious, beautiful, well maintained and clean, and extremely well equipped with everything one need on a vacation, including games, amazing kitchen, everything for the lake and water activities. We very enjoyed our staying! Probably best cottage we've been at so far!
The only con is the lake, where we wished the bottom was sandy and water was more deep.
Other than that, only pros all around!

| My large family of 15 had an incredible time at this cottage! There was everything you could ask for and more! The bikes were a huge hit! My niece and nephew both learned how to ride a two-wheeler during our stay. The privacy on the water and the road was great. The host, Fathi, was very accommodating and answered questions quickly. The house was clean with enough space for everyone. We will definitely be back!

| We have gone up twice with a large group (12+) and plan to keep going every year for the foreseeable future. Plenty of space with everything you need! Owner is very accommodating and helpful, making sure you have the best stay possible. Lake is beautiful and very quiet (winter)
