Living Area:

A grand rustic stone fireplace anchors the living space, complete with a 55-inch TV and a cozy gas fireplace to keep you warm during cooler months.
The cottage is equipped with high-speed Starlink internet and a wide selection of streaming options, including Netflix and Disney+.

Kitchen:

Our beautifully designed kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals.
Complimentary coffee, tea, olive oil, and basic spices are provided.
In-house chef services are available upon request and are highly recommended by our guests.

Accommodation:

The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed (upstairs)
Bedroom 2: King bed (upstairs)
Bedroom 3: King bed (downstairs)
Bedroom 4: Double queen beds (downstairs)
All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. The property features two full bathrooms (one on each floor) and an outdoor shower located on the bottom deck (seasonal availability, closed during winter). Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included.

Outdoor Features:

Our expansive 60-foot upper and lower decks offer stunning views that can be enjoyed all day, rain or shine. The bottom deck is fully covered, ensuring comfort during rainy days.
The upper deck extends from a cozy 14x16 screened-in room, perfect for relaxing, especially during buggy seasons.
Entertainment and Recreation:

The lower level features a 70-inch TV with Netflix, a foosball table, a large sectional for reading or relaxing, and a second fridge located by the bar for extra drinks and snacks.
Step out from the lower deck and follow a path of approximately 120 steps leading to a waterfront deck with wrap-around seating and Muskoka chairs for gathering with friends and family.
Enjoy the sun from noon until sunset on our 12x20 floating dock, perfect for fishing or lounging. We provide a 2-person kayak, 2 single kayaks, and 2 paddleboards, along with 8 adult life jackets and 2 children?s life jackets.

Unwind in the sauna or hot tub and cool off with the outdoor shower while savoring the sunset.
Relax in our hammocks, gently swaying in the breeze.

WINTER:

Please note: A 4x4 vehicle with winter tires is required to access the cottage during the winter months.

Experience the beauty of winter at the cottage. Our 7-person Nordic hot tub overlooks a snow-covered lake?perfect for a soothing soak after a day of adventure. By late January (weather dependent), the lake typically freezes over, offering a magical setting for snowy walks or snowshoeing. (Please note: ice conditions are never guaranteed?explore at your own risk.)

Were just minutes from snowmobile trails, including Feeder Trail B104 and Club Trail 340

Bundle up with a cozy blanket and sip mulled wine around the outdoor fire pit, twinkling under string lights. Or head inside, where a warm gas fireplace, hot cocoa, and your favourite board games await.

Other things to note:

There are approximately 120 steps to the lake, please use caution.

We are located on an unassumed road (8-10 minutes long) which is plowed and maintained during the colder months. It is very hilly and 4WD is required in the winter. Although the road is plowed, winter conditions are uncertain and it's possible the roads can be icy. We caution guests to drive slow, and must be comfortable, equipped and acknowledge the inherent risks in the winter environment.

Only 1 dog allowed, please inquire if you would like to bring 1 additional. We do not allow puppies, all dogs must be over 1 year old and house trained. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the cottage. If you are planning to leave them at any time you must bring a crate.

You are in charge of taking garbage to the landfill/home on departure. If you are unable to take, we can organize for someone to take for you for an additional fee
