| Accommodation and location were as described, such a gorgeous view. Lots of space for our family which included young children. Lots to do in the surrounding area including a nice park for the little ones just around the corner. House very clean and fully stocked with everything including the nice Weber BBQ. Several areas to spread out, rec room, large deck, nice fire pit area and large dock for some fishing and swimming. Naomi and Lori were great to deal with, always checking in with us to make sure all was OK. Hope to return in the future!

| We had a wonderful stay at the lake house. We travelled as two families, with four adults and four children and it was very spacious and comfortable and location was great to venture out. The cottage was very clean and well equipped with everything you needed for a fun, comfortable stay. The water toys, ping pong table and games were great! We all enjoyed the beautiful dock and being able to sit by the fire. Lori was great with communication and addressing anything we needed. Highly recommend this cottage!

| We recently spent 5 nights at Bestview Carrying Place (3 adults, 2 teenage boys). From the moment we walked in, the house felt inviting, clean, spacious with lots of natural light and a great view of the lake. The walkout to the deck with Muskoka chairs and chaises was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The lake was calm, quiet with little boat traffic and we could sit on the dock in the evening and watch the sunset. The weather was great during our stay. The kitchen was really well equipped and organized. The beds and mattresses comfortable. The towels/linens all great. We ate breakfast in every morning and went out exploring during the day....ie.Sandbanks Provincial Park. ...we visited several wineries for wine tasting and had delicious pizza from their wood burning ovens while sitting on their patios next to the vinyards. We visited a small art gallery at Huff Winery and a sculpture garden at Norman Harding winery... a lovely way to spend our days. We ate lunch and dinner out most days in Picton and in neighbouring small towns. Lots of restaurants to choose from both casual to fine dining. The boys would go out for walks/runs every day. They hiked at Sandbanks and had fun roasting marshmallows and making smores in the firepit down by the lake. Netflix, archade games, ping pong matches etc kept them busy. Thank you to our hosts, Naomi and Lori who responded quickly to any questions we had. We look forward to staying at The Bestview again soon!

| Great lake house. Beautiful view of the lake and you can watch the sunset or sailboats glide by. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Open concept kitchen and living room makes for a perfect gathering place. Conveniently located in Prince Edward County with easy access to most amenities. Lots of games to play in the basement with a cozy room to watch tv on a rainy day. A+ definitely recommend it!

| We spent a whole week at this cottage and had the most wonderful time! Lori and Naomi made sure everything was perfect during our stay and answered really fast when we had questions. The view is amazing especially when you relax at the end of the day to enjoy the sunset on the lake. We highly recommend this place for your vacation.
