This 4-bedroom Lake House is a year round vacation property located a 4-minute walk from the pristine South Beach on Lake Huron located between Southampton and Port Elgin. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it is perfect for 2-3 families to share or a larger extended family gathering. Recently renovated, this cottage and has a clean and fresh, modern decor. The main master bedroom has a king bed, electric fireplace and 3-piece ensuite. Need to work on your holiday? This bedroom has a desk for you to set up your laptop and join in on your zoom calls. At the other side of the home, there are 3 bedrooms and another full 4-piece bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with a King bed. The 4th bedroom has double/ single bunkbed, perfect for the kiddos, it will sleep 3! The open concept great room/kitchen space has a tall vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the pots/pans/dishware you will need. Stainless steel appliances (Fridge, Microwave range, Dishwasher, Induction stove with air fryer feature) are ready for your use. The separate beverage station with 2 beverage fridges, Nespresso coffee machine is perfect for the morning cup of coffee or for making cocktails. The large island has 8 barstools, great for dinner, prep space or family game night! The screened-in porch has a vaulted tongue and groove pine ceiling. Enjoy eating El Fresco in a dining area with table to seat 8 or relax on the big sectional sofa. With pretty string lights, enjoy all of the joys of the cottage outdoors without the mosquitos! Enjoy smores with the firepit surrounded by Muskoka chairs or sunbathe out on the front deck. This cottage is a great family place to get away where you can bring your dog (max 2 dogs permitted). We have a crate, dog bowls and dog bed if needed. No lumpy mattresses here - all the mattresses are brand new so you can enjoy a restful sleep while on your holiday. All bed linens, duvets, blankets and pillows for all the beds are provided. All bath towels and beach towels are also available. Just pack your clothes, food and drink!
The 2-storey Bunkie (sleeps 5) is available for bookings for an additional $500 per stay fee. The main floor has a queen bed and the upper floor will have a 3 sofa beds that that can accommodate 3 adults for sleeping (or 2 little children per sofa bed). This is the perfect hang out for the older kids or teenagers. The bunkie would also be perfect to be used as a separate unit for parents with young children wanting a bit of privacy. No bathroom or kitchen facilities in the bunkie. Guests sleeping in the bunkie will need to cross the backyard and enter the cottage to use the washroom. The Bunkie is available for rental bookings starting on the May long weekend up and including the Thanksgiving weekend. The Bunkie is not available for winter use.

We are pet owners and have a dog ourselves. Unfortunately, one of the owners is severely allergic to cats so we cannot accommodate your cat(s) vacationing with you.

| We rented Suzanne's beautiful cottage for a girls fall getaway and had the best time! The cottage is clean and very comfortably furnished with thoughtful touches everywhere you look. We really loved the screened sunroom for group meals and games. The beach just down the road was beautiful. Suzanne was very responsive and a wonderful host. Would happily return!
