Enjoy our cozy cottage! Relax with the family & friends on Mountain Lake. The kitchen, dining, and living room provide the ultimate gathering area. Walkout to deck & lake views. Enjoy the day on the lake while swimming, boating, fishing, warming by a fire pit (firewood not included), and a beautiful sunset on the lake from the Dock. THE COTTAGE IS EQUIPPED FOR ALL-SEASONS This Lakefront picture-perfect 4-season cottage (Can sleep +/ -8) features a Bunkie where it can sleep 3 people along with the main cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living/family room, kitchen and dining area, and a wood burning stove for winter months. A large deck overlooking the water, and a fire pit.
The kitchen is open to the living room. There is a separate dining area. Well equipped with all required appliances: fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, and microwave.
- Smart tv, Wi-Fi unlimited internet, fireplace, a walkout to the BBQ porch & Firepit.
- A large deck overlooking the lake.
Summer water toys: 2 paddle boards, 1 Lillypad and Canoe.
Please note: this is a family-friendly cottage. Parties and loud groups will not be permitted.

Guest access:
Guests can enjoy the entire space which includes 2 acres of beautiful forested area to explore. The water is clean and swimmable, not to mention the stunning and relaxing views of the lake. The dock is removed for the winter season.
Other things to note
- Please note - we are not a vacation or hotel service. We are only offering our place to share with you when we are not around. However, we strive our best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
- Check-in: 4 PM
- Check out: 11 AM
- Please bring your own linens. The beds are 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, and 3 Single.
- Please bring your own towels.
- If you do smoke - please respect the nature around you and take care of the cigarette litter.
- No smoking indoors!
- Please take all garbage and recycling as the cottage does not have curbside pick up.
- Please ensure to leave the cottage as well as you found it.
Other Things to Note:
Our cottage is centrally located between Minden hills and Haliburton highlands, which allows you to enjoy a variety of activities in both cities.
The cottage water comes from the lake. Bathing, washing dishes, and brushing teeth are safe. Please do not drink the water. A water dispenser is located within the cottage for your use.
Pets: Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. If your dog sheds, please do not allow the dog to sit on the sofa and carpet in the bedrooms.
A reminder the Dock is removed for the months of Oct to May.

Note Cottage country witnesses a lot of snow and there can be ice build-up on the driveway. As per the house rules, guests acknowledge responsibility for their own actions and will not hold any of the owners of the cottage responsible for any injury due to slipping on the driveway.
