Welcome to this beautiful, modern, cozy cottage on Cranberry Lake, located half an hour north of Kingston. On the chain of Dog and Cranberry Lakes, it beckons cottagers all year. A lengthy array of lakes and islands make this destination a paradise for boaters, paddlers, and fishing enthusiasts.
Enjoy a leisurely drive up Highway 15 and a scenic crossing of the historic Brass Point Swing Bridge on Burnt Hills Road.
Once you arrive at this tranquil, private setting, you can begin relaxing in the numerous outdoor lounging areas, including taking a dip in the lake or relaxing in the hot tub OR Sauna, both with lake views.
The upper deck offers swivel rocking chairs and a fire pit, while the lower deck has you chilling by the lake and having access to water activity. With the screened-in side porch, you can still enjoy the outdoors, even on a rainy day!
Explore the lake in (2) kayaks or canoe as the numerous islands and bays beckon you. Of course, you may want to sit on the dock and soak up some sun!
This cottage sleeps up 5-6 people, with two of the three bedrooms having lake views.
Get cozy in the living room on a large leather sofa, 55" smart TV, and fireplace. WIFI allows you to keep in touch with friends and family.
Dogs are allowed with prior approval, require notification when booking, and may be subject to a cleaning fee. We do ask you to keep your dogs off the beds and couches.
Summer cottage rentals begin in June and continue through September. The minimum stay is one week, and changeover days are Saturday to Saturday in the Summer.
Off-season rentals begin mid-September and go through May, with a 2-night minimum stay.
The cottage was completely renovated in 2021, and it now has a new 6-person hot tub (installed in September 2023 and a Panaramoic woodfire Suana in 2024) and a dock. All rooms have smart TVs, and a monitor is provided at the workstation.
